03/03/2024: Magnificent setting, welcoming staff, you feel at home, the dishes are delicious, you feel homemade! The dishes are very copious, generous portions, we weren't able to finish our plates but a real delight, I recommend 1000%!

01/03/2024: "L'orée du bois" has been a "safe bet" for many years now, and this is why you will most certainly have to book or risk disappointment! The quality/price ratio of this establishment is excellent, obviously the pancakes and pancakes are delicious but the slightly "out of time" setting is absolutely exotic, so we do not have the impression of being in a simple restaurant but in an authentic hunting lodge from another era.... It's an undeniable "plus"!! Congratulations again to this small "family" team which maintains its "standard" of quality over time...4 stars without any hesitation on the part of the Ananda Vyria family.

28/03/2024: I don't usually post comments at all but here! But the ! It deserves my full attention. In addition to being a friendly space with more than validated musical choices, the servers are more than perfect generosity and devotion. And what about the kitchen! Ohlala, I'm a big eater and there, I found myself more than satisfied! With buckwheat pancakes and wheat pancakes garnished up to the neck!! And tasty at the same time. I recommend with your eyes closed. Best restaurant in Laon!

27/03/2024: Great time, warm setting, very friendly and helpful server. Unbeatable value for money, a superb discovery in the small town of Laon. Go there with your eyes closed if you are looking for a creperie worthy of the name!

25/03/2024: Not rating the hotel, but only the restaurant. Food was amazing.we had a menu with foie gras, duck magret and dessert. All was absolutely great, seasoned to perfection. They have an excellent wine list with local champagne from a few wineries next door. Service was great too. And the location is absolutely gorgeous, looking into a beautiful valley. Definitely worth the experience.

05/04/2024: Very kind welcome despite our delay. Starter menu, main course, dessert and a glass of wine. Mackerel fillet and peas, very, very good. The products are fresh, even the peas, very good. Rack of veal, very good quality. It would be preferable to reserve.

22/01/2024: What a great discovery this restaurant is! I celebrated my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary there this Saturday with our guests: 28 adults and 4 children. Everything was there to have a great time. The cuisine is very fine and generous and the service impeccable. A proposal for Halal menus has been made for our few Muslim friends The waiter and waitresses are very kind and attentive. A big thank you to this waitress who did not hesitate to return home to help us watch the film we had prepared. (You should remember to bring your computer in order to complete the equipment provided) We will not fail to return there alone to appreciate the setting and the cuisine in a more intimate and different way. We recommend this restaurant 200%! Thanks to Mr Evra for his kindness and attentiveness.❤️

19/03/2024: We tried this Picard restaurant, as we did not know your restaurants own server, pleasant. Very very good meat cooked over a wood fire to discover value for money.

16/03/2024: We hadn't been here for a long time. When we arrived, the room was quiet and obviously there was room. I asked for a table for two, it is 12:30 p.m. and the receptionist tells me that there are two seminars and therefore cannot accommodate us. Despite all the empty tables, I left without incident but I won't be returning again.

01/03/2024: Very well prepared fish with perfect cooking. The risotto is also very good but not generous enough (in terms of quantity) for my taste. I would like to point out that a very large table was present the day I was there, resulting in slightly overwhelmed servers (we did not have our bottles of water) and a very noisy room.
