21/05/2026: The restaurant's location is well worth the trip. It sits on the poolside terrace overlooking Lake Ailette. The welcome and service are discreet and efficient. The interior is lovely with a large bay window. There's also a shaded terrace with awnings. The dishes on the menu are good, beautifully presented on attractive plates. The portions could be more generous. A great experience.

14/05/2026: Another visit to this establishment. A beautiful table where the aromas of authentic cuisine mingle. The service is as pleasant as ever, and even though it's an hour's drive, the trip is well worth it.
Discovered by chance during a business trip, this inn offers a quick menu with excellent value for money. To top it all off, the service is top-notch. I'll definitely be back.

10/05/2026: Paying €14.59 for a medium goat cheese and honey pizza (with fake honey) is outrageous; it's also tasteless. Go to a "real pizzeria" instead; for that price you'll get a good pizza with flavor.
The only positive point is that the place is clean.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, each dish was exquisite and delighted us. Thank you to the head waiter for his explanations and attentiveness, and thank you to the chef and owner for his Michelin-starred service. The best restaurant in the Soissons area. Bravo and congratulations!

The manager was incredibly attentive: a warm welcome, always available, we truly felt like guests.
A very complete breakfast (special mention for the Norman brioche), comfortable rooms: a place we want to return to.

From appetizer to dessert, it's an explosion of unusual flavors. We tried the snail casserole (one per person), the skate wing with its accompaniments, and the crème brûlée. Don't hesitate to dine at La Pierre à Clous in Laon; it's well worth the trip.

The welcome was very pleasant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal (there were six of us, and we ordered different dishes, all excellent!), and had a wonderful time! 06/04/2026: What a wonderful experience this restaurant was! A seven-course tasting menu for two was offered to me for my birthday. The seven courses meant we spent two hours at the table, but the time flew by, and the portions were just right to keep us wanting more. We had a fantastic time; the meal was delicious, full of surprises and beautiful combinations of flavors. The waitstaff was very friendly, open to conversation, and attentive without being intrusive. Treat yourself!
