The pizzas and other dishes were very good, the service was professional and very pleasant, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, ideally located in the center, but just a little off the beaten path, we were able to enjoy the terrace in peace. 09/07/2026: I often go to Cèdre Bleu for couscous. The best couscous. I usually get enough for two to take away, and even though I don't have the right containers, Saïd, who is very welcoming, always finds a way to pack the dishes and make it easier for me to carry them to my car with cardboard boxes. The portions are very generous.

20/08/2026: For me, this is clearly the best pizzeria in Saint-Quentin! 🍕 The quality of the pizzas is truly exceptional, with a crust and ingredients that make all the difference. Above all, it's the only pizzeria in the area, perhaps even in the whole city, to offer wood-fired pizza, and you can immediately taste the difference! 🔥 This method gives it a unique flavor, a perfectly cooked crust, and that authentic taste you just can't find anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all lovers of real wood-fired pizza! 👌

The "Couscous du Palais" is truly superb, like all the couscous dishes we've had here. The owners are incredibly attentive to their customers, and the owner's sense of humor adds to the atmosphere (if you're clever enough to get it...). Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!
