29/08/2026: There was a mistake with the burger on my order. The cashier didn't believe me and came over to check my other burgers at the table. She took the burger back, simply added a piece of smoked bacon inside, and returned it as is, instead of replacing it and giving me the one I ordered. Furthermore, she didn't even apologize.

28/08/2026: It had been at least 7 years since my last visit, and tonight's experience reminded me why... an order that was supposed to be quick at 10 PM (2 Krunchies, 2 ice creams, and wings), 5 customers inside, and no cars... we waited over 15 minutes!! During our wait, there was absolutely no communication, but we could see the staff walking around aimlessly, and to top it all off, a little woman put her fingers in her mouth every time she placed the wrappers on the trays right in front of us. We pointed it out for basic hygiene in front of the customers. The little woman gave us a nasty look... a very bad experience!

27/08/2026: The kebab was decent enough but poorly assembled; also, don't order the kefta, it's just minced meat with no seasoning whatsoever! The telephone service needs improvement!

09/09/2026: Disappointed with our Welsh cheddar dish. It was more like a cheddar fondue. Disgusting, and it was listed as "white ham" on the menu, but we got diced ham in it, considering the price of the dish... And a small slice of bread swimming in cheddar. I won't be going back. Never disappointed before.

11/08/2026: Friendly and quick service. I had a kebab: it was decent and the portions were generous, although I personally found it a bit too greasy. On the plus side, they accept several payment methods, including Ticket Service vouchers, which is very convenient as they aren't accepted everywhere. The restaurant is well located near République and there's quite a bit of foot traffic, so the food seems to change regularly. Overall, it's a good option for a quick meal, although personally, for the same price, I'd prefer to eat somewhere else.
