17/08/2026: Good evening, I'd like to thank the Pizza Service team for their service. I had a taco, it was very good, I recommend everyone try it.

20/07/2026: Appalling, avoid at all costs! We placed our order at 9:15 PM and it was never delivered. No updates, no calls, no explanation. The fact that there was a match on in no way justifies such a lack of professionalism. If you can't provide service because you'd rather watch the game, then you shouldn't open the restaurant at all. A very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

06/08/2026: We were a group of 15 cyclists and stayed at a hotel outside of town. They provided us with great service, at a very good price, and served us excellent pizzas.

27/06/2026: The best pizza in Saint-Quentin. Everyone's invited to come. Even tourists passing by won't be disappointed 😋

12/03/2026: Incredible experience, it's very good, the service is excellent, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it.

25/02/2026: The person who usually cooks was absent. Especially if it wasn't him, run away! It was awful, overcooked even though we asked for it rare, NOTHING was good. Too bad, we're done with it.

10/05/2026: Perhaps it's time to update the opening hours? Supposedly open Sundays from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, yeah right. Going all that way only to find the door closed? Honestly? It's unbelievable that they haven't even managed to update the hours.

27/04/2026: One of the worst kebab experiences I've ever had. The quality is clearly catastrophic, and you can tell from the first bite. The staff were serving without gloves, and they even had hair in the kebab. The meat tasted questionable, the bread was frankly awful, and the fries were simply inedible, with a nauseating smell of old oil. It really feels like nothing is done to guarantee even a minimum level of quality. How can such an establishment still be open with such deplorable hygiene? Not to mention the owner, who is particularly unpleasant. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of much better places. Don't waste your money here; you risk getting sick like my wife and I did.

05/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! This has become the worst kebab shop in St. Quentin! The meat is far too greasy, the fries are soggy, it looks like everything was reheated in the microwave. We asked for extras (cheese or sauce on the fries because there wasn't any) and they were forgotten... truly MEDIOCRE

12/08/2026: It's McDonald's, but the place is clean and the staff are friendly.

12/08/2026: This Wednesday, August 12th, was a terrible experience. The manager (a petite blonde) was extremely unpleasant. When we got home, we noticed that three fries were missing from our €60 order. I decided to go back, but the manager insisted she'd checked the security camera (a lie) and told me everything was in the bag, that it wasn't true, and that if it were, the scale would have detected it. Meanwhile, we constantly have to call because something is always missing from the bags. In short, I will never go back to this McDonald's, and certainly not to this unpleasant manager, who acts like she's something special even though she only works at McDonald's! She'd be better off coming down to earth and not acting like she's something she's not, especially when talking to customers!

31/08/2026: Very good experience. Despite the absence of salad from the menu we ordered, which wasn't specified when we placed our order. The manager was very responsive. I will return; thank you to the team for their kindness.

Following a glitch with the ordering kiosk that failed to register my order, they demonstrated great responsiveness and excellent customer service in finding the most suitable solution.
