22/06/2024: Restaurant Japonais raffiné dans un lieu chargé d'histoire pour Clermont Ferrand (l'Hôtel Dieu). La décoration est très moderne et épurée.

02/06/2024: C'est un endroit extraordinaire pour déjuener l'été. Sous l'ombre des catalpas, un repas simple , bon et pour un tarif raisonnable. L'accueil y est sympathique et le sevice est rapide

09/08/2024: The view from the room is exceptional, amply justifying the three stars awarded to this recently renovated space. On the other hand, access to the rooms in building 2 leaves something to be desired: stairs in poor condition, no elevator, which does not meet the expected standards. In addition, the absence of electrical outlets near the bed in 2024 is surprising and impractical for charging phones. As for the restaurant, after a disappointing first evening, we preferred to dine on our balcony the second night. Special mention all the same to the butler, very helpful and smiling. After a day of visiting, we wanted to take advantage of the swimming pool. However, the organization is insufficient for a four-star hotel: to get a towel, you have to cross the restaurant in a swimsuit and go to reception, then repeat the journey once you have finished swimming, which is uncomfortable and impractical. A dedicated pool service would be an asset to improve the guest experience and could even generate additional revenue for the hotel. In summary, this hotel has the potential to receive more positive reviews, but this requires rehabilitation work and service up to the four stars advertised.

06/08/2024: At the top as every time we have the chance to come to Piana. Refined cuisine, top staff 👌 Idyllic setting to admire a sunset. I highly recommend this establishment
