28/03/2026: On Friday, March 27th, I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time. It was a real discovery, a true culinary journey full of flavors and delicacy, a very enriching experience that I absolutely recommend. The welcome was warm, the restaurant owner is incredibly kind, and from beginning to end, I thoroughly enjoyed myself; all the dishes were excellent.
27/03/2026: Excellent, no other words needed. A charming couple who have been working since 2011, the quality is always there, delicious. Go without hesitation and let yourself be transported.

07/02/2026: Passing through Digne for the open house at Lycée Pierre... we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant in the shopping center. A lovely hostess welcomes you with a smile and kindness, and the dishes are delicious and generous 🌞💖

13/03/2026: Eeeeeeeeeexcellent!! We stumbled upon this place by chance, the chef was trained by the best pizza maker in France, it was super cute with lots of lanterns in the night, the pizzas were incredibly good, and the owners are super nice!
01/03/2026: "L'italienne" is truly the best pizza I've ever eaten at any pizzeria I've ever visited, and I've been to hundreds! Bravo, you're the best!!

01/03/2026: Some parents need to rethink how they raise their children; it's a restaurant, not a playground.
Aside from that, it's still much better than fast food and much cheaper.

10/10/2025: What a great time with delicious and original tapas, and a good Ventoux! And a welcome that is always so welcoming 😊.
06/09/2025: Do not eat here if you are hungry. The food quality is okay, but the portions are tiny. You will need a long sit if you plan to fill your stomach, since you can't order more than two tapas per person each time. The owners also seemed more interested in each others company than with the guests. Maybe it is a good place to drink, we did not try any alcoholic beverages, but for a good dinner, I would go somewhere else.
Reaction to the owners reply: we know tapas are supposed to be small, but normally they are not this tiny. In Spain, a country where they know how to make tapas, portions are significantly larger. After the first round of tapas we concluded that, with these portions, our stomachs were not going to be filled no matter how long we would spend here. So we went elsewhere for a proper meal.

06/03/2026: A loyal customer for a year now, I've never been disappointed by La Maréchalerie. It's my favorite spot for a welcome break during my work trips to Digne. The food is excellent, the setting pleasant, and the welcome always very warm. The value for money is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
