We recently moved to the area. We used to dine regularly at Michelin-starred restaurants, and this one easily deserves two stars. Special mention to the pastry chef.
08/12/2025: A huge thank you to the team at Le Feuillé. This restaurant provided us with a fabulous experience. Each dish reflects the care and attention to detail, but above all, the harmony! A truly exceptional customer experience; everything is designed to make your visit unforgettable. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the service is impeccable. The décor is beautifully crafted. We even had the opportunity to tour the kitchens, and it perfectly reflects the quality of the food you'll find on your plate.
This dinner at Le Feuillé was the perfect ending to our stay at the Couvent des Minimes.

03/11/2025: Our suite was lovely, comfortable, and quiet. We slept very well, and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast which was included was excellent and I have never dined anywhere where our cappuccinos arrived more quickly.
06/10/2025: Absolutely stunning hotel with so much of its history in tact. We loved our room, the grounds and the spa. Staff were generally very nice. Breakfast options were great. Only issue was the service. The evening we arrived we ordered food to our room which took around an hour fifteen to arrive. Secondly the barman just seemed to keep forgetting our order and it took 30 minutes for one beer. Overall we really liked this hotel and would come back.
