31/03/2026: Here, the customer truly is king! The coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. We made ourselves comfortable outside the shop and enjoyed some chocolates from their selection. A particularly positive aspect was the availability of hazelnut-free chocolates, as my companion has a hazelnut allergy. Without hesitation, the employee immediately produced a list of ingredients to check which varieties were suitable. Furthermore, the service was consistently exceptionally friendly and attentive.

01/04/2026: Little restaurant tucked away in an alleyway of Grasse. Friendly owners and prices, nice food and good portion sizes. We took two lunch menus (caramel pork and ginger duck), both good value for money and tasty!

02/05/2026: Terrible experience due to the stuffy rooms, and even though we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on because the air was unbreathable ("BORING"), they told us it wasn't possible. The bathrooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The restaurant service was good thanks to the helpfulness of an exceptional person named LOUNA. €560 for 3 nights!! Never again!!

27/03/2026: I gave it 5 stars. If I could have given more, I would have. The Executive Secretary, Marie, manages the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff with great responsibility and efficiency. The room had excellent bedding and a shower that worked perfectly. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. I had excellent lunches and dinners. The dishes were cooked to order. Good quality, fresh, and organic products.

05/04/2026: My favorite restaurant in Grasse! All the appetizers and starters are simply divine. The dishes are heavenly, wonderfully executed. The staff is simply incredible: lovely, caring, always smiling, but above all, exceptionally kind. You can feel their genuine attention to the customers; they are always attentive and take the time for each person. We will miss this restaurant enormously, both for the exceptional quality of the food and for the wonderful people who make it happen.

12/03/2026: Run as far away from this place as possible. It's gone downhill in every way. They're closing permanently in a month and couldn't care less about their customers except taking their money. The food tastes frozen, tasteless, and the service is atrocious, rude, and inefficient (we're still waiting for our carafe of water). The table that arrived after us was served well before us. In short, a disaster!!! This review is here to save you from disappointment, unless you enjoy being mistreated and eating bad food (frozen + microwaved)!!!

14/05/2026: Don't order from Mister Pizza Grasse! The service is appalling. You order pizzas, and they arrive way overcooked. And don't even get me started on the pizza dough—it's like cardboard, tasteless, and crumbles in your fingers! A complete waste of money. Definitely don't order from them. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm so disappointed.

07/05/2026: One star because it's impossible to give zero... Between the very poor quality of the pizzas and the fact that when you call, you get a cold and unfriendly person on the phone. The pizza was burnt and smaller than advertised on the menu. No attempt at compensation.

13/02/2026: What a contrast between the venue and the restaurant! I had visited the St. Donat Golf Club and thought the place was magnificent. The restaurant looked inviting and made me want to go there for lunch. What a disappointment! The welcome and service were on par with a Flunch (a fast-food chain), the food was inedible, especially the linguine with porcini mushrooms! I won't even mention the desserts; we left without risking trying them.

14/05/2026: I find the whole thing, with all its fancy awards, completely overpriced. There's nothing offered, my dinner was a disaster: the steak was dry and tough, there were bones in the chicken, and the rest of the presentation was just awful. You can get much better elsewhere. I forgot an item of clothing, and they only wanted to send it to me for an extra charge. In Switzerland, you get that for free in every 4- or 5-star hotel. Sorry, I can't recommend this hotel.

18/05/2026: I ordered a very tough flank steak. I mentioned it to the waitress, who told me that she wasn't in charge of the meat itself, but rather her butcher. They choose him, and he pays a lot. I agree, €23 for a piece of meat that they make chew for two hours. The fries were homemade, not homemade. She said she'd bring me the packet, but I said no, bring me the potato peelings. If it's fresh, we won't be going back. A disappointment.

You come in smiling, you leave thinking, "That's the last time!" If you see your customers abandoning your establishment and going to the one just across the street, ask yourself the right questions.
