01/07/2025: This morning, I showed up like every other morning to get my coffee.
Unluckily, I ran into your saleswoman again, who's neither pleasant nor friendly nor organized; she seems lost between the croissants and the pain au chocolat.
Yesterday, I waited over 10 minutes... Well, for once, it's not too bad, especially since someone else seemed to be doing the job.
Today, I gave up after 8 minutes.
Next time, I'll go across the street...

08/09/2024: Este es un buen lugar para el almuerzo en Grasse justo en la calle principal a través de la ciudad. Buena pizza y excelentes opciones de ensaladas que eran llenas y razonables.

Not pleasant service, server much too confident, too salesy and too forceful... strange atmosphere, and a shame for this beautiful place, but absolutely not maintained. We were disappointed with our trip. We will not return or recommend. TO FLEE

Very nice restaurant, the owner is very pleasant and a good talker.
We ate a cheese crepe with a salad and fries.

04/05/2025: We stopped for a drink after visiting the museum. The waitress was absolutely brilliant: smiling, attentive and very professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, our experience was a little disrupted by a rather heated argument between two people, obviously the bosses, in the middle of service. It’s a shame because it ruined the atmosphere a little. That said, the quality of the waitress’s service really deserves to be highlighted!

The burgers are good and most of the brand's services are available.
Table service is very appreciated.
Unfortunately, the indelicacy of certain customers means that some tables are dirty during our various visits.
We were less appreciative of the delivery via the Macdo+ application. We will prefer to enter the store to buy takeaway or use click & collect. The drive looks very well organized but let's face its success a little.
Second downside: the parking lot is a bit chaotic with spaces in front of the drive-thru entrance. The parking lot behind the building is often full, so we end up parking in the Leclerc parking lot next door.
17/08/2024: Disappointed drink no taste (because the syrup bag was probably empty) 20 minutes for her to understand the problem even though I clearly told her.
Very dry burger, it looks like they kept it for a while.
In short, disgusted.

25/03/2024: The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional. Access is easy and the location met my expectations.
The breakfast buffet is ok.
The only downside I have is the size of the room (small) and the quality of cleaning in the bathroom (hairs everywhere in the shower and on the toilet).
06/03/2024: I regularly visit this establishment for professional reasons.
The setting is very pleasant, the hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and tidy.
A special thank you to Béa, always pleasant and attentive to the well-being of customers, she does a remarkable job!

16/08/2024: I recommend without hesitation, we stopped to eat an ice cream and we were able to chat with the very friendly owner as well as his young waitress. The boss advised us to go visit Gourdon and we thank him because we were amazed 🥰. It is with pleasure that we will come back to visit him next year. A very good continuation (the Orléans)😉
