23/07/2024: We were truly taken on a culinary journey at Racines, through 10 incredible courses it was clear with every dish how detailed Bruno Cirino curates his menu. The name, meaning ‘roots’ in English is at the forefront of every course, making it subtly known Cirino’s roots are firmly in the Italian hills. From the red, white and green colour scheme that featured on many dishes, like the tomato soup, to the traditional French croissant that resembled a cannoli, whether purposeful or not we felt we learnt a little more about the legendary chef through all 10 exquisite dishes, each constructed from the chef’s very own gardens. This cosy, quaint restaurant is a must-visit for anyone wanting a luxury yet relaxed dining experience in Nice, where vegetables are elevated to an entirely new level. The staff could not have been more welcoming and warm and the wine list was full of gems. Bruno Cirino and his magnificent team are an unstoppable force and we can’t wait to see what other culinary magic they continue to create. We’ll definitely be back!

05/02/2024: The Fit Kitchen is very good, above average. Would I return? Probably but it is not my "go to" place. --> 3 stars but not 5 or 4 stars. Here is my philosophy - 5 stars: one of my few best meals in memory (no it was not) - 4 stars: Excellent and rare find. Worth a detour (no it was not) - 3 stars: Above average, tasty and worth returning (YES... ) I arrived for take-out and selected a falafel salad and a Greek salad. The falafel salad was large and diverse. I liked the humus w/beets. Salad dressing was offered for both salads. Presentation was good and all parts were fresh and well presented. Fit Kitchen is perfect for a fresh, well presented lunch... I recommend.

24/07/2024: Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce restaurant. Le poke est plus que moyen avec des ingrédients congelés. Résultat ça baigne dans l’eau. Les accompagnements des viandes, je demande deux fois ce qu’il y a dans les “légumes”, on me répond tomates, poivrons. Je me retrouve avec des pommes de terre. Idem pour les desserts, c’était moins bon que de l’industriel. Et quand arrive la note, ils n’appliquent pas le prix du menu sur un dessert ajouté en fin de repas qui aurait pu rentrer dans une formule pour moins cher.

14/07/2024: Cadre agréable. Service impeccable. Cuisine de bonne facture avec des plats "maison" réussis. Une bonne maitrise des plats à base de poisson. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

21/09/2024: Restaurant was lovely staff were a little rude but I would imagine it's hard to explain everything over and over again to tourists

15/09/2024: Cela sera là dernière fois, nicoise le château est un lieu emblématique. La vue est la plus belle de Nice. Sauf que ce snack, son gérant plus précisément est toujours très désagréable, si vous demandez du ketchup ( ouvrez vos yeux !sur les plateaux y'a déjà ce qu'il faut ! ) et des couverts non plus ) sauf que monsieur avait oublié). Et ne parlons même pas du mepris affiché pour les touristes ( qui osent poser des questions sur les plats). Faîtes un effort, répond il. Il souffle au visage des clients qui ne dégainent pas assez vite le moyen de paiement. Odieux
