17/03/2024: Order placed on March 17 at 00:21 on Deliveroo I order 1 veggie burger and my companion orders 2 bacon burger can you explain to me your logic behind replacing a vegetarian burger with a bacon burger?? 💀 the least we could do would be to contact the customer to find out what they want/what they eat in the event of a product being out of stock (or at least mark it as out of stock on deliveroo...) in short a burger that was not consumed since I don't eat meat

06/04/2024: Fast service, the staff is very friendly. Never any problem in this mac do where I go regularly with my children

03/04/2024: Once again I am disappointed by McDonald's. This time it’s the one in Mulhouse, rue du Sauvage. The sandwich with double fish was bathed in oil. As for the fries, the quality that we found recently is no longer there. I'm definitely giving up McDonald's fast food. Between the reduction in quantity and poor quality of the products, I am frankly disappointed by this brand.

06/04/2024: A real disaster this mc do, you order a mc smart and a happy meal telling yourself that it will be quick and in fact it won't take more than half an hour to be served! Cold ! And a completely wrong order! And not very clean too….Very dirty toilets and no soap! To avoid !

31/03/2024: Little experience that still amazes me. I order a tea, I am given a cup of hot water in which I put my jasmine tea bag and as I drink it I realize that the cup has a trace of lipstick 💋… I bring it all back to the counter and the waiter apologizes and transfers the contents of the salty cup into a clean one!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 “here you go Madam, with our apologies”…. I'll let you form your opinion, for my part, it's done. Little message for Managers: train your teams in minimum hygiene rules, that’s the basis.

04/04/2024: Terrible experience. They gave us only the burgers and forgot all the rest. We had to go order food 3 times because each time something was missing. The truth leaves a lot to be desired...

06/04/2024: I agree with the negative opinions regarding this store, do not do your shopping before midday, the shelves will not be filled, and what's more, you will do your shopping by slaloming between the boxes at the same time as the employees are filling them, which should not not be pleasant for them either. I asked the store manager several times what the reason was, always the same answer "supply problem", indeed this can happen occasionally, but with them it happens every day. There are also expired use-by dates in the fresh sections, you really have to check everything, you're wasting your time. Another problem is the display of prices which often does not correspond to the product on the shelf. This is all so sad that we are going to do our shopping elsewhere.

01/04/2024: First order using the click & collect service. Rather interesting concept, great application route…. When he walks! More than 25 minutes of waiting!! About 4 team members came to see us with other people's orders (although we were parked in the right place)... my husband finally had to go inside to try to get our order... fortunately after this mess the manager was there. the height which raises the score a little but overall the wait was still annoying. Afterwards for the taste, eating McDonald's once a year is the same... pretty average. Positive point thanks to the action of the manager we were able to eat hot! Overall we will remain on an annual frequency at Mcdo.
