10/09/2024: Ordered an entrecôte cooked to the point with a foul, foul taste, impossible to eat; for dessert, pancakes with not-so-great fruit, barely defrosted. Honestly, I will never go again. No action for not having eaten even my dogs would not have eaten the meat. I do not recommend and I will never go back there again!!! To flee

After 30 minutes still not served... I go to check at the counter and it seems that a problem comes from the terminals... The "manager" prepares my order and fries are missing: 3 menus = 3 fries, I point out to her and she questions me, she goes to check and oops there were indeed 3 fries... Annoyed we finally sit down to eat and there my son doesn't have the right sandwich but tired of waiting he eats the sandwich that we had because there was no time to wait.... We really need to review the management of this "fast" food

The nuggets were missing, I had the sauce but not the nuggets
Second order placed on 01/09 -> same error, a dish was missing, I got a refund - as a result I will no longer order from you

02/04/2024: I just ordered on Uber eat very disappointed with the portions… expensive for little food.
01/04/2024: The burgers are very tasty and made with quality ground steaks. A black Angus alternative is also possible at an additional cost.
We have not yet come to eat there but we order very frequently and it is always a pleasure.

I tried to contact, no one answered. Before placing an order at KFC Grigny think several times. I show you how the Caesar salad was received. No respect.

15/09/2024: 2 incomplete orders! In one the sandwich is missing and in the other they put a bucket for 2 instead of 4!! And even so, there are missing tenders in the bucket of 2! On the other hand, they don't forget to cash in!
The staff at the counter don't understand our request... fortunately a manager who listens despite everything... in short, it's been a while since I've been here and I'm disappointed with the service...

Very disappointed we come to eat and order at the terminal and there is no puck to order. We ask nicely and an unfriendly young girl tells us “you have to ask” so it’s already not marked and a smile is too much?
Table not clean, too bad.
After the meal the puck rings and we are not even told who owns the burgers.
Apart from talking and drooling over customers, what are your salespeople paid to do?
Before it wasn't like that.
