18/09/2026: Disappointed by the drop in quality – It's not what it used to be. Last year, when I came here, it was simply the best KFC I'd ever had: very delicious, very fresh, and excellent quality. Unfortunately, when I returned in July of this year, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken tenders were only a third of the usual size. Since they were cold and clearly insufficient, I asked a staff member to exchange them, but he told me it wasn't possible and that it was the normal portion size. I wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and went back recently. This time again, the tenders were extremely small and very thin (I'm almost certain they were just thinly sliced ​​chicken fillets instead of actual tenders). Furthermore, the hot wings were really tiny, and one of them was literally just a bone. When I asked at reception to replace them, I was again told it wasn't possible and that the quantity was fine. I've included the photos so you can judge for yourselves. I no longer think this is a suitable place to eat.

16/09/2026: At the end of my meal, an employee came to my table and asked me to leave a positive review in exchange for a free ice cream. I left the review, but he never came. It doesn't really matter to me because I still enjoyed my meal, but I'm disappointed by this little attempt at blackmail.
