The chicken often arrives overcooked or undercooked, the fries are soggy or half-cold, which is quite an achievement for a chain specializing in fast food. The organization in the kitchen and dining area gives the impression that no one is properly trained and that no one is truly in charge of the team. 06/12/2024: Thanks to the lady in glasses, a little strong, with long, straight hair at the checkout, Who was incensed when I looked at where my order was, and who asked in a low voice to her colleague to give her 3 Chicken's Spicy ( instead of 3 Bacon lover) thinking that I wasn't going to control. Lack of pot, your ingenious little twist, didn't work, because we like spicy. And what’s more, we also left with our 3 lover bacons because I grilled you!! A great meal half free!!!

15/01/2025: So, I was a regular at burger 'n co in Saint Aubin, I headed towards rue de la République because it had been a long time and I wasn't far away. “Burger 'n co” sign above the front, no doubt, we're there. It's changed, but hey. Arriving at 7:10 p.m., there is no one there, but it's still early, I'm now offered to choose my burger, and it's just at this moment that I realize that no, I'm not at the burger 'n co (it's time to remove the sign)! The waiter tells me that it's been about a month and a half since that changed "but don't worry, it's the same!". Allow me to doubt it: 5 types of burger, compared to 9 in the old brand with the possibility of modifying the protein for marinated chicken, breaded chicken, fish or potato pancakes. Well too late, I'm hungry, so I'll eat here... First: no, it's not like the old brand! And I find it scandalous that you made your rating and your popularity by just changing the name of the place on Google! Your photos are not contractual, you only have around twenty reviews since the change of brand, and yet you display 1241 reviews on the search engine. Second: if we continue with the comparison, the burger was served to me with a room temperature bun, the old brand made it a little toasted. If you ordered the same bread, it doesn't have the same flavor toasted and untoasted. Think about it. The cheese was not melted enough, and looked exactly like what you would get in a supermarket packaged sliced ​​cheese. The waiter still told me that the origin of the meat had changed. So therefore less good too; pink color inside tending towards gray for the cooked parts. I doubt the 100% pure beef of the meat just from the color... Same for the fries, which certainly have the same shape characteristic of the place, but probably not the same cooking oil. That said, I enjoyed them. Thirdly, the place itself: why did you change the decor to make it less good? Street art style but cheap and American hip-hop and r'n'b playlist from the 2000s a little too strong... I left at 7:45 p.m., restaurant still empty, no delivery man came by. In short, in my humble opinion, your burger restaurant is completely average in everything: the menu, the quality and the style. But I can't put the average. You can't fool customers with non-branded reviews and still leave visible traces of the old location. I would never have come home to you normally.

29/12/2023: Comme promis à Oceane je met 5 etoile dencouragement pour tout les efforts reunis depuis peu dans ce burger king ou l'equipe a l'air davoir changer et qui est beaucoup plus pro qu'avant , a lecoute de ses clients Ce burger king a fait de net progres ! 5 etoiles continuer comme ça, je suis la personne qui a la mucoviscidose qui à discuter avec Oceane !
