He didn't rush us and told us to take our time, even though it was closing time. If I were to return, it would only be for the attention Imran gave us during our hour of football. Thank you.

11/02/2026: We picked up a click & collect order. After a 15-minute bike ride home, we discovered they had forgotten the drinks. It's truly infuriating; for them, it was an "oversight," but we had to go out and collect our two measly drinks, which we had obviously paid for. As you can imagine, we had better things to do in the rain, so I recommend this establishment pay more attention to order preparation.

16/01/2026: Unacceptable… Total lack of hygiene!!! We ordered takeout for our children. Luckily, our little one opened the lid of his drink to drink, as usual. We noticed that his drink was full of dead midges, which were floating inside and also under the lid 🤢 (see photo). Disappointed child, lost customer 🚫!!! 😡😤 Clean and check your work surfaces… damn it!!!

05/02/2026: No complaints. A warm and friendly welcome. Pleasant and attentive waiter. Lunchtime. Quiet, but it was early. The decor is still very nice. I came a long time ago, and it's still a good place. I'll be back.

05/02/2026: This chain used to guarantee a minimum level of quality. Here in Toulouse, the management is disastrous. We were a table of 10. Our drinks arrived consistently 10 minutes late, despite our repeated reminders that something was missing. The inexperienced and haphazard service was indifferent and offered only fleeting glances. There was no manager to oversee the incompetence. The meal, like everything else, was disastrous due to missing dishes. The only time we saw any urgency was at the end of service. Then, everyone miraculously appeared. The bill was rushed through. I do not recommend this establishment, which is hampered by incompetent staff.

20/11/2025: Delicious, juicy hamburgers… all homemade, including the fries. We happily come back regularly! Parking is always available nearby, for example, on the street that goes down opposite. The owner is very welcoming. In short, I highly recommend it!

06/12/2024: Thanks to the lady in glasses, a little strong, with long, straight hair at the checkout, Who was incensed when I looked at where my order was, and who asked in a low voice to her colleague to give her 3 Chicken's Spicy ( instead of 3 Bacon lover) thinking that I wasn't going to control. Lack of pot, your ingenious little twist, didn't work, because we like spicy. And what’s more, we also left with our 3 lover bacons because I grilled you!! A great meal half free!!!
