21/03/2026: Quick service and delicious food. The atmosphere resembles successfully the American country style. Fully recommended. Price is logical for Chamonix. Maybe we will go again within our 5 days stay.

21/03/2026: Been coming to this place for 10 years, let’s just say they got something special going on.
20/03/2026: Burgers made with amazing bread, beef patties, and all the extras added according to individual tastes—very fresh and of excellent quality. Added to our tasting experience today (there were five of us choosing different burgers, all delicious) was a price far below those charged in this city where everything is overpriced and lacks the quality we enjoyed at Polo Loco...an excellent place!!! Be warned, some of the burgers are quite large—they're perfect for those with a big appetite 🤣

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM.
I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!
05/03/2026: Very good pizza, it's a shame we didn't get any hot sauce.

28/03/2026: Very nice, burgers and salad were very good. Good selection of draft beers. Pleasant servers.
28/03/2026: Guy outside the bar (clearly did not even work there) told us it was closed when looking to grab a drink. Bar was supposed to be open for another hour and a half on a Friday night mind you. Very rude and impolite. Would not recommend.

07/04/2026: Tried it for the first time and pleasantly surprised. The bread is very good, fresh, and soft. The bagels are generous and well-proportioned. The prices reflect Annecy's average. I recommend it for a change.
05/04/2026: I ordered a salmon bagel and it wasn't good. The salmon had no flavor and was practically empty, and the bread was rock hard, like it was day-old.

28/03/2026: Since the change in products, the quality has greatly suffered. It's no longer possible to choose how you want your burger cooked because the ground beef is frozen. The manager explains this decision by citing the increased price of meat, but I would have been willing to pay more even if it meant coming less often... I completely understand that a manager might not think that way, but I still think it's a real shame.
