07/09/2026: I wanted to go there for breakfast and I ordered pancakes with maple syrup, but when I went back a second time, I ordered the same thing, but I smelled a strong odor, like pork, which made me feel a bit disgusted. I think they cook their pancakes with pork fat.

06/09/2026: Has a nice pavement seating area with plenty of tables in the sunshine and lots of customers which shows the popularity! Waited a couple of minutes for a table but nothing terrible. Orders are taken promptly and delivered promptly too! Portions are a good size, nothing dramatically big (half the plate was salad leaves). We chose the pancakes with seasonal fruit and the crazy scrambled eggs. The bread is a very interesting choice, quite dark and almost like rye. I will say the pricing is on the high side but that's the tourist area of Biarritz I suppose.

25/08/2026: Best kebab in Pau… Great memories here on Thursday evenings with friends, calm atmosphere and very welcoming staff.

28/07/2026: The kebab wasn't very good; the sauce was mixed with the fries. I ordered by phone, arrived 5 minutes late, and got an inappropriate remark. Luckily, the order wasn't for me; I would have left it there. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Avoid at all costs!!

30/08/2026: Where do I even begin? I hesitated to call Philippe Etchebest, but I'm afraid even he wouldn't have been able to salvage this restaurant. I ordered a three-meat taco and ended up with a stale meat patty for the outrageous sum of €15. Thanks for the rip-off! But that's not all. My two friends ordered equally disappointing burgers. In short, I paid €50 for spending the night in the bathroom.

18/08/2026: So what can I say...? In my memory, McDonald's is considered fast food... 🤔 I don't know if waiting over an hour and a half for an order that was half (and I mean half) forgotten can really be called "fast food." When you point it out, they brush you off as if it were your fault, telling you, "I'm not a mind reader to know your order." And I won't even mention the tone they used when they said it to me, but logically, since you were able to prepare half my order, you must have read it at some point. So it's not a gift of divination you need, just basic reading skills, a minimum of organization, and a touch of politeness, especially when you make customers wait over an hour only to serve meals with half-empty drinks, sandwiches, and cold fries. Let's not dwell on the cleanliness and the staff's lack of effort; remember to bring tissues because none of the restrooms are stocked with toilet paper, and customers have to pick up the fries lying on the floor to prevent other customers from slipping on them. A serious reassessment and improvement would be wise, perhaps even a complete change of staff, who, by the way, don't hesitate to be rude to customers. The atmosphere among colleagues is palpable; it makes you want to work there! In any case, what reassures me is that we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes; other families waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes. And whether it was for a refund or the order itself, the wait and the incompetence were identical. Good luck to the next customers!

16/08/2026: There were oversights in our order, no napkins, the burgers were assembled hastily, and the service at the table was so poor that the person who brought us the trays seemed completely exhausted. We're still waiting for a greeting and a thank you.

18/07/2026: I'm here right now and I was served by an absolutely lovely young man who remained polite and helpful even though a nasty customer spoke to him like he was a dog just before I paid. This man truly deserves a raise!

16/07/2026: The food is delicious, but there's a catch: at McDonald's, the tables, chairs, and sofas are dirty and full of crumbs.

30/08/2026: One order that went straight in the bin (AVOID the hamburger smash) – tasteless, dry, cheddar fries arrived cold and too salty. I've placed several orders, but I've removed them from my contacts list. Lost customer...

28/08/2026: I think the pizzas are excellent, which is why I'm giving it a Michelin star. I see 5-star ratings, okay, it's really good, but 5-star restaurants don't exist; the maximum is 3.

01/08/2026: We ordered a Frappuccino and asked if it could be made with oat milk, to which we were told: “Yes, no problem.” The employee who prepared it made it once, but seemed to find the texture too thick and added more syrup to dilute it (without asking us) and then blended it again. I took the drink back, but it was very thick and very sweet, almost like a granita. A second employee then took the glass and blended it again, adding more syrup a third time, again to dilute it. The texture was less thick, but it was undrinkable because it was so sweet. I brought the glass back a second time, telling them it was undrinkable and too sweet. The employee replied: “It’s because of the oat milk; you should have used a cream base so it wouldn’t be so thick.” So that's €6 down the drain. I imagine that to get offered a different drink or a refund, we would have had to beg and fight for it… for a measly Frappuccino. Go somewhere else and head to Columbus next door; they're much friendlier and more professional.

10/07/2026: They typed my name with a pencil I thought they don't do that anymore lol it was great but I felt like the coffe didn't taste that great (iced americano) and they also put that on a cartoon cup instead of a plastic one
