03/02/2026: As a regular customer at the drive-thru, I can say the team is fantastic, always smiling, and importantly, they never forget anything in the menus, even for large orders!
Cindy, whom I often see preparing orders, is lovely and always in a good mood 👍🏼
25/01/2026: I just ordered two MacSmart meals from the drive-thru, and in the end I only got one fry and two fish fillets.
I'm so annoyed, I want a refund.

07/02/2026: I'm leaving this review because, on three occasions (always in the evening), my Filet-O-Fish was inedible. The fish had an unpleasant taste and smell, as if it had been mixed with other ingredients or cooked in saturated oil. I had to throw it away each time: it was a complete waste of money.
Beyond the food, the overall hygiene needs improvement:
In the dining room: Tables and floors are often dirty.
Furniture: A blue-gray seat at the entrance is broken and dangerous, but there's no warning sign... and these seats are already uncomfortable and low.
In the kitchen:
Given the strange taste of the Filet-O-Fish in the evenings, a review of the cooking procedures is essential. It's a shame; I won't be back until these issues are addressed.
31/01/2026: Hello, I'm contacting you. I ordered McDonald's as usual, I got home, opened the Big Mac menu, and found a black hair. We called McDonald's, and they said it wasn't them... none of us have black hair, not even a gesture of goodwill, and they hung up shouting.

16/01/2026: McDonald's is getting dirtier and dirtier; I've finally given up eating there. So many things are missing from the paid extras that I've stopped ordering them altogether. Their loyalty program has been reduced, portion sizes have decreased, and prices have gone up (shrinkflation)... It's a shame because the location is ideal and this McDonald's is very convenient for local workers. I'm really looking forward to the opening of the two competitors in the Hôtel-Dieu area; I might finally give up on this poorly managed McDonald's altogether.
31/12/2025: Despite the crowd, the service was very quick, but we only ordered drinks.
However, we did manage to find a table for four.
The only major drawback: the toilets were closed due to "incivilities." Actually, that's just how it is; otherwise, they shouldn't even be open.
In any place where you can eat and drink, it seems essential to have access to a toilet, especially in a city where public restrooms are nonexistent and, in any case, dirty.

07/02/2026: During my visit to the McDonald’s Confluence on February 7, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., I observed several breaches of food safety procedures.
In the kitchen, several crew members were not wearing hairnets. One crew member who came in from the counter had her hair partially tied back, without a hairnet. However, according to McDonald’s procedures, hairnets are mandatory at all production stations (kitchen, fry station, beverage station).
Furthermore, a transition from the counter to the kitchen was made without any visible handwashing, despite the prior handling of non-food items.
Having worked at McDonald’s, I am familiar with these procedures and their importance. They were not followed during this visit.
25/01/2026: We arrive, the floor is sticky...that sets the tone...
The meal was served cold, and the best part? We see the staff having fun throwing fries at each other, which fall...and then they put them back in our order!!
Next time I'm going across the street to the competition!

22/01/2026: I ordered an Extreme Deluxe McMuffin in my Golden Meal, but I was served a normal Extreme McMuffin. There's a €4 difference on a takeaway menu, so you can't really tell right away. Plus, it's not the first time they've made a mistake with the burger versions.
27/12/2025: Very disappointed. A 20-minute wait when the McDonald's was empty, and the food arrived cold. There was an error with the order even though the employees had plenty of time to chat!
Three Royal Cheese Jalap Bacon meals were served without bacon! The meal cost €13.90 x 3 instead of €13.
That's called fraud! Everything needs to be reviewed at this restaurant.

They're all grumpy, the worst being the cleaning man. Hey, stop sweeping people's feet while they're eating McDonald's, and not just once! 😂😂😂
31/01/2026: It took 45 minutes to get an order of three burgers, and if I hadn't asked for information about my order, I never would have received it. Then, when I finally got the order, things were missing. Another 10 minutes before I could get what was missing. Unacceptable! And I gave one star because zero isn't an option.

25/09/2024: We were very well received by a waiter who did not lack humor and was very friendly. The butcher's cut was cooked properly and very good. To finish, a good gourmet coffee. The decor of the place is original.
22/09/2024: We had breakfast in this super cute and quaint place, inside there is a lot of space to sit, and the environment is very quiet.
The walls are covered with very cute signs which give a very vintage feel to the whole thing.
The waiters are super friendly and very kind, they brought breakfast to the table with a big smile. And since we were waiting for him to pick us up nearby for some work in the vineyard, we waited there for a few hours without anyone telling us anything.
The food was good although a little expensive having spent a lot on a breakfast for 2 people.
Inside there are very clean bathrooms and there is the possibility of being able to play darts with a few coins.
Recommended place.

03/06/2024: Nous avons mangé un dimanche à midi , Après avoir été servi pour les boissons, lors de notre commande, on nous annonce qu'il n'y a plus de viande de bœuf en sachant Que c'est un restaurant Principalement avec des hamburgers.. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure et demie notre commande, mon mari s'est levé pour aller chercher ce qui manquait sur la table car le service ne se faisait pas . Et la moitié des plats qu'on avait commandé n'était pas les bons .

L’expérience gustative est tout à fait satisfaisante
