12/04/2026: First time at Five Guys and I think it'll be my last. Expensive for fast food, long wait for your order, and terrible background music. I've read some of the other reviews and it's always the same, it's definitely not good.

26/04/2026: I had to wait half an hour at the counter because the 6-star cheese was missing from the 9 I ordered. Absolutely no effort on their part; the rest of my order had gone cold.

25/04/2026: I arrived at 8:08 PM and placed my order, but received no confirmation ticket. I asked at reception if my order had gone through, and they told me no. I placed another order, still no ticket. I went back a second time, and they told me no order had gone through, even though I had been charged twice. They finally gave me my order at 8:40 PM. So I ended up with a double order, with no explanation or refund due to a logistical error. On top of that, the sauces I ordered were incorrect, and the drinks included in the menu were missing! Fantastic!

06/03/2026: Tonight, we're talking about the most adorable waitresses in the area! Late arrival, indecisive choice, special request—they kept smiling, don't change a thing, keep up that energy! Fast service.

09/05/2026: We were very happy with this restaurant. Especially with the service from Enzo, who was attentive to everything, bringing the food super fast and constantly checking if everything was alright. We will return and recommend it.

23/04/2026: The service staff were all very enthusiastic, but I found a hair in the pork ribs. The waiter called the person in charge (maybe?), who said that since I had already eaten, I couldn't exchange or get a refund, and could only offer me a drink as compensation. Could I have found the hair if I hadn't eaten? He didn't apologize to me either…

24/03/2026: There was a bit of a wait before getting in, but it was worth it! Nice decor, pleasant atmosphere. Efficient and attentive servers. The burgers are excellent, good value for money.

19/03/2026: The waiter let us in close to closing time, assuring us there was no problem. No problem, except for the fact that every 30 seconds someone came to ask if we were finished. I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant.
