I went there a year ago, thinking, "Okay, this is going to be different," but it was a disaster—everything was cold. The taste was nonexistent, and the service was incredibly slow. It's nothing like the KFCs in the 93rd district where everything is quick, hot, and delicious.
They're understaffed; I was served by someone from the back of the kitchen.

29/11/2025: My husband and I came this Saturday evening, Black Friday night. The restaurant was packed, and we were expecting a long wait for our food, so we were very surprised! The service was incredibly fast! Our waiter, Mr. Jules, was very friendly and helpful; we were delighted. We come to this restaurant quite regularly, and tonight was our most enjoyable evening yet.
Thank you again for the excellent service, which makes all the difference compared to other establishments!
20/11/2025: Friendly staff but the state of the banquettes was disastrous. I didn't go and see the state of the whole restaurant, just where we were, near the entrance, the round table.

01/04/2026: Beautiful location and we even got a window seat right when the parade started! Really recommend making a reservation if you can, its really worth it for a treat! The waiters were kind and helpful with allergies. Highlights were the mystery gel on the starter, vegan meat in the main and the peanut butter crémeux was incredible, i could eat a whole bowl!

The decor is magnificent; you're completely immersed in the atmosphere and don't want to leave!
The food could be improved, but it's still very good and always presented in an original way.
The service was a little lacking, but I can't really criticize it too much; it was our server's first day, so we forgive her everything. Aside from that, all the staff were very friendly.

It's not unusual for me to drive two hours (one hour each way) just to eat a From'ton.

I placed an order with them, but I realized I had the wrong address (600km difference). So, LESS THAN a minute after placing the order, I canceled it, and they charged me 47 euros? Seriously?!
It's time to review your policy and stop treating people like idiots. This is theft!

15/03/2026: Too crowded and I waited over 30 minutes for my order. And my food was freezing. What's the point of opening a new McDonald's if the service is so awful and unfriendly? It's a shame to pay more than at other McDonald's if you're going to get a cold meal.

10/04/2026: The food is good, especially the Mexican specialties, tortillas, enchiladas... if you put it in terms of value for money, in my city, I would never come, but it's in the hotel and they take advantage. IT IS CLOSED FOR LUNCH.
