25/01/2026: I came for a birthday celebration, and no, I went to Favela Chic (information to be corrected on Google). It's a place where I have mixed feelings. The wait for a drink and to be served is unbearably long. Nevertheless, the food is good. I'm well aware that being in Paris means prices are a bit higher than usual, but the price, whether for cocktails or food, is more than high, especially considering the somewhat lacking service.
Beyond that, when the place gets lively with a DJ, the atmosphere is quite pleasant.
However, the music is far too loud when you're eating because you can't hear yourself think. It's still an address I would recommend, but the efficiency of the service really needs to improve.

A warm welcome and excellent service.
25/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant completely by chance; we were a group of four friends. The welcome was pleasant, and we waited patiently for a table. There was a great atmosphere; someone was celebrating their birthday. A singer came on to perform some iconic Latin songs, which was very well received, judging by how the other customers sang along. The birthday person even offered us a drink, and despite not speaking Spanish, I appreciated their kind gesture and their desire to share the moment with strangers.
The portions were very generous and delicious. In total, for four of us, the bill came to €113 (3 cocktails, 4 main courses, and 4 digestifs). Personally, I'm surprised by the previous negative reviews. It was a very pleasant surprise for us.

02/12/2025: A very good, traditional restaurant. I came as part of a gift voucher and I wasn't disappointed at all.
The staff were very kind and welcoming.
12/10/2025: I don't recommend it at all. The accounting system is on the first table, a power strip hanging from the counter, tablecloths and placemats on our bench. The second room isn't bad, with a microwave on the central table, a stepladder against a wall, a cooking appliance on another table, and a drill... in short, a restaurant or a construction site?
Half the dishes can't be served because they don't have the ingredients, the microwave works harder than the kitchen utensils, the vegetable fritters were overfried, the dishes were bland with extra-tough shrimp and beef (reheated frozen???), and the desserts were industrial, I think.
To pay, you have to wait for the EFT to connect to your phone, a 10-minute wait.
In short, you shouldn't go there to eat well; it's not possible, but if you want to see unreal "Kitchen Nightmare"-type experiences, you have to go for it.

13/08/2025: From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you've traveled to Argentina. The decor, the smells, the Spanish conversations between the owners... everything contributes to creating an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, as if you were a guest in their home. You immediately feel at ease. The empanadas are delicious, each with its own original and flavorful recipe. The restaurant is very small, which makes it even more welcoming—but it's best to make a reservation! Located just a stone's throw from Capitol Square, this is a great place that deserves to be known.

17/02/2026: Terrible. I bought a bento cake for €25 (€18 normal price, which is already expensive for such a small cake, but €25 just for the heart shape) and it's the worst cake I've ever tasted. The frosting tasted like food coloring, the cake was aesthetically unappealing, bordering on sloppy, not to mention the inside… the strawberries were barely cut, almost whole. To top it all off, the advertising was misleading; they show a cake on Instagram and TikTok that's completely different from the one I received. Here are photos of what I thought I ordered and what I received (I bought it for Valentine's Day since that's how they presented the Valentine's Day bento on their social media).
I absolutely do not recommend it. Nothing was right: the taste, the appearance, or the honesty of this business.

21/06/2025: I was verbally and physically assaulted and kicked out because I didn't know the bouncer. Friday, June 2025, the bouncers were accomplices and attacked me.
10/06/2025: Avoid: this restaurant deserves a health inspection!
Be careful when you order individual sauces, they're out of date, the Parmesan cheese brought to you in a grater is moldy... and when you ask the waiters, the response is: "Oh, it's not a problem, it happens!"
I can't imagine what's going on in the kitchen!!
One star is way too many!!
Go to other small restaurants earlier instead of a room and then go to a nightclub if you really want to dance.
I strongly advise against this establishment.

13/02/2026: Incredible nightclub, one of the best, and the best in Caen if I may say so. As a regular, I know what I'm talking about and I recognize the club's strengths: a family atmosphere and a modern, clean establishment. The club offers themed evenings and events, and the clientele is "well-mannered" compared to some other clubs.
However, although overall there are no apparent problems, sometimes the bouncers are unfair in their customer selection; it's impossible to get in without being accompanied by women, as women are valued 200% in the nightlife scene, which is sometimes paradoxical when you look at today's society. Sometimes the bouncers offer no explanation, and although the careful selection of customers aims to ensure safety and the smooth running of the evening, it's not uncommon to witness unjustified and very abrupt refusals.
Furthermore, despite this point which, from my perspective, needs reworking, the establishment is great, well maintained, with a good atmosphere and good people.

The meat wasn't great.
We were served four meats instead of five.
They didn't have any stock.
I think that's outrageous.
And the price was way too high for what it was.

My best friend and I came for a Latin night this Thursday night.
Exceptional welcome, impeccable service.
Very good atmosphere. A little quiet, but considering the damage they suffered after the violent storms in May, they deserve our full support!
We had a charcuterie and cheese platter with sangria. Delicious!
I highly recommend it!
16/08/2025: The service is catastrophic, with unqualified staff.
A place with a lot of potential, but the price is excessive for the quantity on the plate (two-thirds of the plate was empty), and the fries are extra (€5 for a small portion).
