That's not what I call all-you-can-eat. Let's not even talk about the quality of the food. Our friends told you this at the end, and your response was more than inadequate. In short, if you want to eat good meat in Toulouse, go somewhere else!

19/09/2026: Oh my god... I ordered Uber Eats, buy one get one free. I got the Jamon y Queso, the Caprese, and the Chorizo ​​one, plus another Jamon y Queso. Well, the extra one was missing, which I immediately reported to Uber. Nightmare when I bit into the others: four empanadas with chicken or pork, basically shredded meat... so disappointed!

19/09/2026: The food was all quite delicious. The chili-shaped butter with bread was tasty. The appetizer, Amazonian ceviche, was refreshing. The veal, the main course, was also incredibly tender. The only thing I didn't really like was the Peruvian ocean chocolate shaved ice dessert. Because it was meant to evoke the ocean, the salty taste wasn't to my liking. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. Although I've never had authentic Peruvian cuisine before, this experience was overall very good.

29/08/2026: Unacceptable management and customer service: Initial reservation for Thursday evening. My wife spoke to them three times on the phone and was verbally told the reservation had been moved to Friday evening. I subsequently tried to contact them over 20 times without success, even though the establishment requires online reservations and credit card authorization. As a result, upon arriving on Friday at the agreed and confirmed time, the reservation had simply not been honored. Our wedding anniversary was completely ruined by such administrative incompetence. A disgrace for an establishment of this standing. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant or the neighboring bar again.

At €13.50 for a large, it's expensive! 🤡 - A Regina pizza with a very thin, very dry crust. I think if we had ordered the €3 pizza from Carrefour, it would have been the same. The ingredients are frozen (mushrooms, ham, etc.). At €11.50 for a large, it's okay, but with good quality ingredients, it would be better! 🤡 - And finally, a Campagnarde pizza with a very thick, very dry crust, again with bacon that had been bought three weeks ago and frozen, so, needless to say, it was more than salty. Not to mention the cheese, which was full of fat and indescribable because it was so salty and bad. At €12.50 for a large, it's expensive for such poor quality and bad ingredients! 🤡 Obviously, I absolutely do not recommend this pizza place, and I hope it closes down soon because it's going to be a real letdown. 21/09/2026: I wish to report the unacceptable behavior of a security guard at your establishment. Every time I visit on a Sunday, he systematically refuses me entry, telling me to come back the following Sunday, even though the establishment is always empty and I don't understand the reason for this arbitrary refusal. Just today, Sunday, I arrived around 10 p.m. and he again refused me entry without any valid justification. I would like to remind management that Article L121-11 of the French Consumer Code strictly prohibits refusal of service and denial of access without legitimate reason in an establishment open to the public. This message serves as an official warning: if this abusive refusal persists on my future visits, I will assert my rights through all available legal channels (SignalConso). I urge management to clarify the rules for its staff.
