The first time, I chalked it up to the rush. By the third time, I swore I'd never set foot in there again. Not even a smile from the person taking my order. I told her I wanted something light and quick. Her response: "Choose for yourself, I can't offer you anything." I asked, "Do I have to leave then?" She replied, "No, I'm just telling you that even the simplest thing takes at least 15 minutes." I asked what the quickest option on the menu was, and she snapped, "Nothing is quick." I tried the children's menu: "We don't serve children's menus to adults, we're a restaurant, not a snack bar!" Finally, I suggested a Caesar salad, and she agreed. I blurted out, "Well, that's exactly what I wanted you to suggest!" Her tone was incredibly curt, with absolutely no sense of hospitality. The last two times, she made it perfectly clear that I should move on and look elsewhere. Avoid her at all costs!

No, I want to share an unpleasant experience I had in the sun lounger area of ​​this place... well, sun loungers, more like seats from another world... with no real shade, since they were covered by a canvas that let in every ray of sunlight. On a day like Sunday, July 5th, when it was nearly 40°C everywhere, a little shade would have been welcome. The sun loungers were dirty and old. We wanted to get drinks, but we had to go get them ourselves from the bar; no one came to ask if we needed anything. A mint tea with tap water cost €4 and was served at room temperature... not a single ice cube! A pretty poor service... and you have to bring your own drinks to your lounger... unbelievable! I've never seen anything like it. The €30 I paid for the sun loungers (pocketed quickly without a ticket 😁) was only for one hour, as it was impossible to stay longer due to the poor quality. Have a great season! 👋 🫣

There were eight of us, and we'd barely arrived. We weren't even all there yet, and the waiter was already trying to serve us. I've never seen anything like it! We repeated two or three times that we were waiting for the rest of the group, but he had trouble understanding. Then, I don't even know how to describe the food. I think you could eat better in prison. The rice was dry, and the meat was like chewing gum. I asked for salt to season it a little, to make it more palatable, and it was the first restaurant in my life where they told me they didn't have any salt. It's an insult to call it a rodizio for Brazilians, the quality was so poor. And don't even get me started on the desserts that tasted like bleach or the coffee that was just a glass of water. I'd rather tell myself I paid for the show, which wasn't bad, but the food was a complete disaster. For the price we paid, I'd call it robbery. Good luck to anyone who has the same experience. I still can't believe they can serve this kind of food at that price.
