18/08/2024: Très bonne expérience cette fois-ci car la fois d'avant fut très mauvaise. Elsa, notre serveuse a été souriante, agréable et très avenante envers ma maman et moi-même. Merci à elle. Le cadre est super, sombre peut-être mais c'est le thème de l'attraction. Les plats sont bons et copieux. Le prix reste élevé malgré tout.

13/08/2024: Un superbe décor au milieu de l’attraction. La nourriture est bonne et avec des saveurs que l’on a pas l’habitude. Comptez environ 50€ pour un menu entrée plat dessert et une boisson.

01/05/2024: Estaba Bueno ! C'était bien. Sortie de l'île de la cité,après visite de la Sainte Chapelle. Petit creux, pas de restos top autour. On marche un petit peu. On nous a conseillé et on ne regrette pas. Petite musqiue d'ambiance latino. Bonne assiette, on n'a pas été lésé sur la quantité. Je recommande.

27/09/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered Desmechada pulled beef to go, but when I got home (I literally live around the corner), the meat was cold and completely dry. I immediately called to report the problem, but was condescendingly told that it was not possible, that the beef was “hot and good”. When I pointed out that I live nearby, I was told that the cook had left... even though I could clearly hear them talking to him in the background. No commercial efforts have been made to rectify the situation. It's a shame, because I'm a local customer, but after such poor service and such lack of respect, I won't set foot in this restaurant again.

27/04/2024: Des cocktails de taille ridicule pour le prix, des plats aussi chers qu’épicés (malgré le fait qu’on nous ait assuré l’inverse). Des tables collantes (non nettoyées). Aucun intérêt.

20/04/2024: Nice decoration and kind staff. Both our ceviches tasted too sour and spicy. Air currents were going through the restaurant because of open doors on two sides. People passed through all the time, in order to go to a private room. It felt like dining in a waiting hall.

19/08/2024: Great evening in this restaurant, first time for me but I will come back if I have the opportunity (while passing through Bordeaux)! I didn't expect the arepas to be served like "toast", but we ate well! The caipirinhas were delicious and very well dosed.👌 Super nice team, thank you for this moment. It's nice to enter a Latin restaurant and feel directly that the team is Latina! 😌

22/09/2024: A minimum of courtesy wouldn't hurt. As often mentioned in the comments before me, the saleswoman is execrable.

19/08/2024: Lady with glasses really not friendly. She would have to change jobs because customer service is not for her. Quality pastries. High prices.
