26/09/2024: Ran across the place because we were annoyed at the prices at Cafe De Flore and Deux Magots. We were legitimately surprised at how reasonable the prices were (well, relative to Blvd St Germain prices), how non-touristy it was (not a word of English other than us), and how tasty the food was. The fritters and chickens wings as part of the Assiette (sampler) were excellent, as was my wife’s vegetarian bowl. My ti’ punch was on point and her cocktail was excellent. If you’re visiting and sick of French food, this was a delightful change of pace.

25/11/2024: Quiet dinner with light background music. Meals only with stacks. Recipe balanced in spicy not spicy except for the one with chorizo ​​which is ultimately more spicy than the beef. Lots of recipes revisited with a European taste. Very good dessert with chocolate stacks: the chocolate is hot and melting.

22/07/2024: Good morning, If you are a fan of Argentine cuisine, I strongly advise you to eat at Restaurant Le Progrès. The meat is super good, the welcome and the team are top notch. Above all, the quality/price ratio is very interesting.

13/09/2024: Soirée entre copines dans une ambiance dépaysante ! Super cocktails (essayez celui au gingembre !). Nous avons pris une formule et nous nous nous sommes régalés. La décoration permet aussi de s’évader le temps de ce moment.

On top of that, the food is amazing! The empanadas are delicious, and the meat with fried sweet potatoes is finger-licking good! If you’re in the area, I recommend it 100%. One thing I want to highlight is that, in some French restaurants, I haven’t been treated well because of the language (or who knows what the issue was). 14/06/2024: Don't eat the airport food. Come here instead. Great flavors, kind staff and atmosphere. Lovely little spot. Look for the picnic tables out front in the parking lot.

17/11/2024: We went to this little half-Congolese, half-Caribbean restaurant and we loved it. We had dinner for two in the downstairs room, good atmosphere, not too many people, very smiling and very kind waitress, the chef came to say hello at the end of the meal, it was very friendly. We enjoyed the discovery meal for €28, full of delicious little dishes. Just a little regret is that we can't wait to come back. I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover excellent quality African cuisine, plus everything is homemade apart from the ice cream which is still delicious.

20/07/2024: A cozy, unexpected and amazing Argentinian empanada restaurant in Marais. Mom and I shared 8 empanadas, salad and dessert. This was filling for 2 people - amazing flavors in each empanada. The dessert empanada was out of this world; wish we didn’t have to share that one.

06/07/2024: Excellent !! The empanadas are delicious, especially the carne pinche one. Daniel welcomed us with a big smile, he is great, very friendly and open to discussion, we will definitely come back! A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend !!

05/08/2024: I've been there 3 times and loved it every time. I had never eaten smoked meat, it's a discovery. /!\ I note however that there are some very bad reviews, and they all concern takeaway!! I deduce that it is better to go eat there directly!
