When you have celiac disease, and have experienced various health problems, including growth delays (for my daughter), you know the price you pay to stay healthy. Having the option of eating a soft pizza is practically impossible for us.
Someone who eats the gluten version will always find the gluten-free version less appealing, and that's normal. Nothing will change that, so choose the gluten version and you won't be disappointed. We, who have celiac disease, choose the gluten-free version and we are delighted with it.

14/10/2026: We were unfortunately disappointed with the service, and this isn't the first time this has happened to us.
We completely understand that being a waiter is a particularly difficult job, especially during the busy summer season. However, it's truly a shame to see such poor service.
We sit down at a table, sometimes when many tables are still free, and wait between 15 and 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. The waitresses walk right past us without even glancing at us, as if we simply weren't there.
After waiting politely, we finally get up and go to the bar next door.

06/09/2026: Superb little restaurant! Exceptional atmosphere thanks to the clientele; everyone is so open to each other—a little paradise! Natachou is an exceptional person! One small drawback: the portions are HUGE! I was hoping to order a tasting menu, but I had to lower my expectations after the first course! Oh yes, also, beware of the soup served in tiny glasses—they're not small for nothing! I advise you to reserve a table because it's a small restaurant, and you can really take your time eating. The meal is long, and it's wonderful! I felt right at home while still enjoying Natachou's!

31/12/2025: Excellent Caribbean restaurant. We ate like we were at home. Homemade dishes prepared with love, generous portions, and lots of flavor. Special mention to Valentine, the incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful owner; you truly feel welcome. A truly authentic place; I recommend it 100%.

02/10/2026: Extremely expensive for the quality of the food, and they'll try to trick you into paying more. Be careful when they bring you the bill and split the total yourself. Not recommended at all, and definitely not authentic.
27/09/2026: The service was incredibly slow, and the food ranged from mediocre/bland to bad. I really don't recommend it, especially for the price. The dining room, although not very full, was terribly noisy. However, the waitresses were very friendly.

27/09/2026: Yesterday I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time. I sincerely hope it was just a bad day, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow. We ordered a sancocho and a bandeja paisa, which arrived almost an hour later. The sancocho was simply potato water; it didn't have plantains or yucca. It was just potato soup with meat. The bandeja paisa arrived almost cold, and the beans honestly looked like they'd just opened a can, mixed them together, and poured them onto the plate. I left disappointed with this experience. If you're hungry or short on time for lunch, this isn't the place to eat in 10 to 20 minutes. The truth is, there weren't even many people there, so the delay is understandable. We waited a long time, and what we received was disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the two waitresses were very warm and respectful. They should definitely improve. This will be my first and last time at this place.

It had been years since that had happened to us. It was really annoying today!
Two women greeted us and immediately asserted their authority. We were given a tiny table for two (with a direct passage between the staff and the customers) and a green artificial cactus behind us, even though there were tons of tables for four (supposedly for four, but only two people were allowed in at a time).
We weren't allowed to sit there.
Other new arrivals were also seated in pairs! Then, five minutes later… a miracle!
Unbelievable!
The table for four was divided five minutes after we arrived. Two tables for two, no problem! How is that possible?!
Our new table is now near the restrooms, and it's a real racket because of the portable hairdryer (a breeding ground for germs) blowing on our necks. Enjoy your food

Begrüßt wurden wir von 2 Frauen die uns sogleich Ihre “Herrschaft” kund taten. Hier sollten wir an einem engsten 2er Tisch (Durchgang direkt von Personal und Gästen) sitzen (Kunstkaktee grün, im Rücken) obwohl Massen an Tischen, für vier Personen zusammengestellt, (für 4 gedacht, es kommen jedoch immer nur 2 Leute heute durch die Tür)
Wir 2 durften nicht dort Platz nehmen.
And there is nothing to worry about!!!! Personen!! dann 5 Min.später...doch;
Nothing was left to be done.
4th time for 5 minutes each time, no time left. 2 x 2 Personen, kein Problem!!! What do you know about this?????

Jedenfalls! Wehrt Ech...es gbt sooooo old Platz dort.!so, dass niemand einen so ärgern muss wie diese 2 Bedienungen, die sonst durchaus ok waren. Heute kam es wohl auf uns, überhaupt nicht “Fremde-Touris” wohl nicht an..
09/09/2026: Always a warm welcome! We've been coming to Vias for our holidays for three years now, and this restaurant has become a must-visit for a great vacation. The place is really nice, decorated in a traditional Italian style. The food is high quality, and the portions are generous. The service is excellent; the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and pleasant! See you next year! ;)

26/08/2026: Very beautiful street! I stopped by to see the first Chanel boutique, which is iconic. I recommend going there 🤍
