12/05/2024: The food is rather acceptable, the service is practically the only strong point but when we talk about atmosphere or cleanliness you are no longer there, especially one of my experiences which disgusted me was I left in your WC and that I unfortunately found excrement on the ground right in front of the toilet.

11/04/2024: We ate in this restaurant today, my wallet still hurts, the quantity was more than ridiculous, really way too expensive for so little, tasteless food, the restaurant was empty apart from a couple of German tourists who know how to make people feel like saved us as soon as we left the restaurant we were able to look for another place to eat a real hearty meal and not a miserable little starter...

27/04/2024: Not serious ! I won't come back again, take an order for two pizzas by phone and when you come to collect them the saleswoman tells you that her colleague forgot to make them and that she left early today.

18/02/2024: Very beautiful room, in a very medieval setting, it's really beautiful, the service with the waiters in uniform, etc., is perfect. Unfortunately, I agree with many other comments on the quality of the dishes coming out of the kitchen... We expect a lot with this menu, this room, this service and this promise of a gourmet dish made by a chef... Unfortunately taste-wise, it's very average... to describe my dissatisfaction: overcooked salmon, hard and tasteless reconstituted potato, hard carrots, tasteless lamb shank, starter (mimosa-style quail egg) also tasteless , poorly balanced dessert in terms of acidity and sugar... A disappointment and total incomprehension because everything else is perfect except... the main thing, the taste (some good little restaurants in the region produce dishes that are far superior in terms of taste). I'm sorry to say that but the dishes are very lacking of mastery, except if the chef takes out his dishes, it is because he considers them to be perfect in every way... Perhaps we should see a restaurant menu a range below but better controlled. The prices are correct for the half-board options, for the à la carte dishes... considering the mastery of the kitchen it is a little expensive. That said the dishes are very beautiful, nothing to say about the presentation, it's superb, a big effort on the taste and it will be perfect! I still recommend the restaurant, hoping that my comment will be taken into account by the chef.

18/02/2024: With our hotel room reservation, we had evening meals in this restaurant. The first evening we followed the chef's suggestion: delicious The second evening my companion again followed the chef's proposal while I took another proposal: and again delicious. The dining room is cozy, tastefully but simply decorated. The atmosphere is cozy. The service is excellent with servers who know their job and customers very quickly. My partner and I enjoyed this moment with relish. How can we really describe this taste experience which in fact must be experienced in real life. My opinion: go for it!!
