The only negative point, a lot of people and a lot of noise
In summary, I recommend stopping there
Maybe after the hive around 1 p.m.

The meal was truly incredible, we had the 5-course surprise menu with the food and wine pairing.
From the appetizers to the coffee everything was great.
Special mention for the sommelier, very friendly, smiling and loves his job.
We will come back!!!

15/04/2024: Half-board stay. Mixed opinion. The “prestige” room is spacious, comfortable and has a large bathroom. It offers a beautiful view of the Oriège river (with an “O”, yes).
We weren't left hungry for the rest, that's fair to say. The evening meal is OK but not worth the €26 requested. As for breakfast, there was simply no bread. To our astonishment we were told that the delivery had not taken place! However, a bakery is 300 meters away. Damage.
