05/04/2024: A first for me in the region, at Ax and La Petite Fringale. The address is unmissable, a must-do. Colorful and positive musical atmosphere, a place that couldn't be more personalized and delicious and generous cuisine, really. I set my sights on the Ariégeoise tartiflette which is a little killer and a fabulous chocolate mousse even though I am not fond of desserts.
Don’t hesitate, book and enjoy a friendly and gourmet moment.
Thanks to the friendly and efficient waiter and the team behind the scenes who really deliver.

The atmosphere of the room is truly incredible, the fireplace, the open kitchen and the decoration create a warm atmosphere for a good family meal. The staff is also very warm, you feel at home.
We started with the garbure.. It's of a rare richness that warms the heart, with a taste of coming back for more. No need to specify that we have finished the tureen.
We were already almost full 😬 The rest of the menu is just as good and generous. We couldn't make it to dessert.
We had a great time, in a word: warm (atmosphere, service, cuisine)
We will come back with our eyes closed, I highly recommend!

23/02/2024: I really like this park! It is so pleasant especially for children who discover wolves for the first time
30/01/2024: Very interesting, you can see the different herds in their respective territories.
The tour has several activities along it, as well as a playground and a mini-farm.
I recommend the viewing tunnel, it is worth it to be able to see the wolves up close.
We also ate in the restaurant and everything was very delicious and the service was very good.

06/04/2024: What a meeting! An incredible welcome. My wife and I came with our two daughters. We spoke at length with the owner and her daughter. What a welcome ! How rigorous! It's rare. Dishes as delicious as they are beautiful. Products from the short circuit. A delight. We will definitely come back.
For those who think this restaurant has been unchanged for a long time, come meet this family of passionate restaurateurs who took over the business after COVID.

24/03/2024: Good evening, I want to keep it short, I have rarely eaten in such a good restaurant. For my part, I didn't go to the hotel but only to the restaurant and the cuisine is just crazy. The dishes are super good, consistent, homemade and the price is fair. Honestly, if there’s a restaurant in Ax you have to go to, it’s definitely this one. On top of that, the staff was super nice. I highly recommend. I repeat that the dishes are incredibly good.
13/03/2024: Very disappointed with this restaurant where I came this summer with family and where we were not disappointed but here it's the opposite.
This week 1h30 wait to have a unique dish all because my dish is a la carte and not in a menu...so my partner was served before me because he had a menu, meal all staggered we didn't even have our dishes together 😕.
The children's menu stipulates a starter, a main course, an ice cream is good but the cold starter (ham/rosette) served with the main course (chopped fries) on the same plate we didn't understand.
Not very filling adult dish.

31/03/2024: What can I say... €28 per person for a starter buffet with very little choice where there wasn't much left at 12:00 p.m. For the main course, we had prawns with potatoes: 3 prawns, with 1 cold potato cut into 4... For dessert, cold chain not respected, nothing left on our arrival (see photo), and finally, toilets where the toilet paper is on the floor, and it is wet..🥲🥲

11/11/2023: Large meal with 30 people organized in advance. I strongly advise asking for a written quote in advance because the price agreed upon orally was completely modified once the meal was finished when paying (cheese counted outside the menu, cocktail which went from 6 to 10 € per person...). I call it a scam. It's a shame because the setting is incredible, the food delicious and the servers adorable. We didn't even get a response to our email asking for explanations...
