25/03/2024: Mixed opinion, the place is magnificent and we had the room with a view of the river, it is very beautiful. there is an original medieval decoration. Children are clearly not welcome, we were forced to order children's menus for all (4 children) at the restaurant even though they were not hungry (we asked if we could make a menu for two, answer No categorically, this had never happened to me, and there were 8 adults). The boss is not friendly, the smile is forced and the welcome is cold. the breakfast reception is better. There is a toy box for the children but they must play in absolute silence (at 7 p.m.) while the neighbors who scream all night obviously do not pose a problem. The restaurant's menu is pompous and difficult to read for dishes that are ultimately very simple and sometimes unsuccessful (I don't recommend the rice pudding!).

31/08/2023: My girlfriend and I became seriously ill after eating Temple of Heaven food last December. A stomach ache like I've never had for more than a day, the same for my friend who was entitled to the bonus, chain reaction: obstruction in the stomach, she had to have an operation while She was dying for 8 days at home. It could have been even worse if we hadn't "forced" the emergency services who didn't care, just like the general practitioners. Back to our mutton, we had a lot of fried foods, rice, salad, free shrimp chips, various dishes in sauce with noodles... We didn't eat anything else in particular together during the time she and I saw each other. Since then we have been traumatized and of course we will never take the risk of coming back. Likewise for my neighbor who told me that he came to a table of 10 people, there were 9 people sick. So yes, of course maybe most of the time we don't get sick there, I've eaten there before, but I can tell you that when it happens it calms you down, once is once too many. At your peril.

11/04/2024: Very pleasant lunch this afternoon with very tasty cuisine and generous portions for the daily menu. A very good value for money restaurant and a waiter who listens very closely to his customers to adapt the daily menu according to the tastes of his customers. I recommend and I plan to return there one day soon when the season has started. The bonus: a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. Stephanie

03/04/2024: This hostel can afford to refuse a group of 18 people for a birthday project, being so confident of having a full house. Good for them!

03/05/2024: April 27, 2024, we had dinner at Saveurs du Manoir in Tarascon sur Ariège. I highly recommend this restaurant where you are welcomed with great professionalism both in terms of service and advice, particularly for the choice of wines. We had a great time, we would like to thank the chef whose cuisine is both inventive and of great taste quality. Here, everything is homemade, everything is very good. We will happily come back for lunch or dinner and discover more wonders.
