06/04/2024: A pleasant discovery, warm, friendly and above all very very good.

02/04/2024: On the way back from vacation, we stopped at this establishment. A warm brasserie, with seats inside but also on the terrace. Brasserie cuisine, simple, hearty, and very good. The salad at the counter was very generous! The burger counter also, toasted bread with good homemade fries and excellent meat and cheese inside. A little disappointed, however, by the dessert of the day, the tarte tatin which arrived cold and without any crunch (no puff pastry or crunchy biscuits at the bottom), too bad. The staff is smiling, pleasant, efficient. The boss is friendly and asks you if you have eaten well and thanks you and greets you when you leave, which is nice. It’s a good address on Ax!

03/04/2024: The Easter meal was very fine and plentiful, in fact the restaurant manager told us that it was always full.

31/03/2024: We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi, it is a spectacle, very large patio and green grass with a small pond Free parking right in front of the accommodation, right in the center of the medieval town. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend this could be a good place.

02/04/2024: Very good time at La Grignothèque! Excellent menu at only €37 for lunch: starter, main course, dessert. Lots of creativity in the chef's kitchen with local products! French gastronomy in the era of time. Special mention for the mackerel and its cauliflower cream as well as the kiwi-strawberry Breton puck: a delight! Also a nice wine list and careful service.

01/04/2024: We were disappointed by the taste of the starters, very very bland, the meat hard and dry. The service was not pleasant for us because we had the misfortune to say that the starters were bland. For the rest of the dishes we did not give our opinion directly so as not to argue. We will not repeat the experience.

30/03/2024: This is just a charming local French place. Don’t stay here but come every year for a traditional meal. It’s gorgeous food and you can look up to the cave as you eat.

14/01/2024: We didn't sleep there, we just went to the restaurant and we really enjoyed ourselves as always. The mix between French cuisine and Asian cuisine is absolutely delicious. The service is impeccable and attentive. Simply perfect.

21/03/2024: Passing through Ariège and looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, we stopped at La Grillade Ariègeoise. Our choice fell on the hot sandwiches... fantastic. More than affordable prices, quality and quantity go hand in hand. All sprinkled with the superb welcome from the team. The place also offers a restaurant which looks just as good. Whether for a quick stop or a longer moment, go for it!

09/03/2024: Fast, efficient and good, pleasant environment

14/03/2024: Very nice with a wonderful view when, like that day, the surrounding nature was snow-covered, and the bright sun warmed the atmosphere!! I only stopped this early morning to have coffee with a friend. It’s a safe bet that I would go back there one day to have lunch there!!

21/03/2024: Day spent with family this Saturday, January 15... Day accompanied by a magnificent ☀️ and a completely blue sky.... And the weather was really good.... The downside..... We were advised on the phone to take an initiation package for our son in addition to the individual private lesson.... (This is used to take the butt pull on the baby) Except that when the course started, we were already upset about the fact that we had taken a package because it depended on our son's comfort on skis to go from the kindergarten to the baby slope.... Result paid package which was of no use..... Our son stayed in the children's garden all hour.... I went to the package reception to ask if it was possible to make a refund and the surprise answer was NO, we do not make refunds on the package... I explained that my son had not used the package because he stayed in the kindergarten all hours but nothing to do.... No refund..... I don't find that very nice.... I I don't understand why no refund.... I even asked to postpone the package until later because we are going to come back for our son to take classes again but when I don't know but that's not going well either... because I didn't know when we were coming back.... But if they recommended the initiation package in addition to the course, they should have just told us to check with the instructor if it was necessary to take it..... But with regard to the commercial gesture of the station I find it limiting.... And not correct.... Too bad even if the resort is great and we enjoyed it really well and ate really well...
