Passing through Pamiers for the weekend, we were looking for a semi-gastronomic restaurant to treat ourselves.
The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were helpful and smiling. The service was quick, and there was no wait.
We were served a small creamy soup before the starter while we waited for our aperitif.
The dishes were very good and refined.
If I had to mention one negative point, which might not even be one (I didn't dare ask), I didn't see any wine by the glass on the menu; there were only bottles. My wife doesn't drink wine, and I was driving, so I couldn't order a whole bottle. But otherwise, everything was truly perfect, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return.
Regarding the dining room, the tables are large, making it pleasant to eat at; you don't feel cramped or confined. We were upstairs, and the atmosphere was quiet—nothing to complain about.

16/02/2026: Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this place. I entered just after they opened but still had a 1 h 15m wait. The pizza was slightly burned all round the crust but the base was completely soft and floppy. It was not cut into sections. The barely cooked base made it structurally unsound for easy eating in a hotel room with no cutlery.

24/03/2026: Our favorite restaurant, thanks to the kindness and warm welcome of the owners. The food is excellent and fresh: fried dishes, sushi, maki, wok dishes... the slow-cooked meals that introduce us to Vietnamese cuisine. We celebrate birthdays there, and I often come during the week with my little one who loves it... all-you-can-eat buffet, very good, perfect.
For us, the best! 💗

29/09/2024: Nothing to say about the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. On the other hand, regarding the menu we found tasteless and quite ordinary cuisine. The cuttlefish “stew” was very disappointing. Pieces of squid cut into cubes bathed in a tasteless sauce. The starter ''tuna rillettes'' we look for the tuna, we find the salt... Tasteless chocolate puff pastry. ..I was expecting something else given the reviews.

01/12/2024: When I arrived in Antalya I was sad, disappointed and deprived of all senses. I ate and there, ecstasy. The food is excellent and the staff lovely, thanks to “tuana” for his exceptional service I left with a smile and the desire to live.
