The food and service were top notch.
Excellent quality and surprisingly low price.
Mastered duck breast cooking and tasty home fries.
If we pass through Pamiers again, we will happily come back.

15/09/2024: A menu with a wide enough choice for everyone to find their way without too much difficulty.
Very pleasant staff who almost make you forget the failures and small imperfections. All in a pleasant setting even if the tables are a little close to each other.
Finally, the price is perhaps a little high when you put it together: a staff who does not know the menu well, cooking that is not entirely respected and the discussion at the next table is somewhat intrusive.
To be tested again next time.
10/09/2024: My favorite in the region. A cuisine made with simple products but combined in a way that makes us think of gourmet cuisine.
I loved it and wish I could have tasted everything.
The prices are very reasonable for the service. I strongly recommend it to you.

29/09/2024: Nothing to say about the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. On the other hand, regarding the menu we found tasteless and quite ordinary cuisine. The cuttlefish “stew” was very disappointing. Pieces of squid cut into cubes bathed in a tasteless sauce. The starter ''tuna rillettes'' we look for the tuna, we find the salt... Tasteless chocolate puff pastry. ..I was expecting something else given the reviews.

14/06/2024: Stay in Ariège where we discovered this small restaurant and in particular the “flavors” menu which allows you to taste a little bit of everything. Very generous and everything was tasty from the appetizer to the dessert! Very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend and I'll keep the address in case we come back to the area.... we really enjoyed ourselves and the service was very good too.
