07/07/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come to Bamboo and enjoy their dim sum. The service is always excellent, with a smile, and don't hesitate to try the appetizers or desserts – a real treat!

06/07/2026: I came yesterday and wanted to order the €13 set menu. I asked if I could have plain cucumber maki instead of the cucumber and cheese maki. No... So I ordered the individual maki (€20) to get the cucumber maki. When I got home, I had cucumber and cheese maki 🤯 Unbelievable. The waiter didn't understand and didn't speak French well: in a restaurant, that's essential. He seemed fed up with everything: he threw the sauces in the bag and was reluctant to give us wasabi and ginger (only one for three boxes). It was almost like he was doing it on purpose. The maki were, of course, small and poorly made. Even the ones from Monoprix in a box are better. I was really disappointed.

20/04/2026: Top-notch food! Perfect portions; we went twice during our stay because we loved it so much. Great atmosphere and amazing food and service. I've included a photo of what we ordered. Recommendation: the tartares and the delicious cauliflower starter!

14/04/2026: Gave a separate menu for an individual with a nut allergy and a second one for gluten intolerant. Fantastic service and impecable food.

01/04/2026: I had lunch at Phan’x in Cluses. Overall, it was good: the shrimp fritters and shrimp udon were excellent, and you can tell the dishes are made to order. There's a bit of a wait, but in this case, it's not a problem; quite the opposite. The atmosphere is pleasant. The gentleman is very welcoming, while the lady is considerably less so, which makes the service somewhat inconsistent. The real downside is the price of the shrimp fritters: they were tasty, but frankly too expensive for just three small tempura. It's a shame, because it leaves a mixed impression, even though the rest is quite satisfactory.
