On the other hand, the service is very urgent, the plates and forks are taken away from us without us having really finished.
Then we are told that our chairs are being taken away… we find ourselves with our consos still standing at our table. And 20 minutes later, the table was completely removed from us. It wasn't even 11 p.m. We should greatly review the “welcome” dimension that this place prides itself on.
We left disgusted.

04/04/2024: We come here often, the meal on the back terrace is really pleasant, we are always happy to come, we have never been disappointed!
Even if there is a bit of a wait, we enjoy ourselves every time, we indulge ourselves with beautiful platters, the products are very fresh, the waitresses are very nice, and do their job perfectly!
Little more, dogs are welcome!

02/04/2024: The first time we went to Leucate to try the famous oysters. We didn't have any specific place to have them and I chose this restaurant through the internet. One of my good decisions. Spectacular food, professional and very attentive and friendly service and a charming place. We will surely return to Leucate and without hesitation we will choose Le Petit Bigorneau without having to look for another. Thank you very much for making us have a pleasant meal

03/11/2023: Hello, a top server! Very kind and considerate. The lady who took care of us was not friendly, no aperitif biscuits and when paying the bill the "you're making me sad... with your restaurant vouchers" was too much. A “no” would be better.

05/04/2024: A pleasure to have discovered this little piece of Spain in Leucate. The tapas and dishes are generous and excellent. As for dessert, our favorite is the coconut profiteroles. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. In short, I can only recommend it 👍

The setting is really original, well suited to the menu, as is the musical atmosphere. The discreet playlist brings the final note to a promise of a beautiful evening. One suggestion, just one, add to this play list: “under the bodega sun” by Negresses Vertes

02/04/2024: Good welcome, competent server. Order placed, fried smelts cold, but crispy, the rest, cod steak, well presented, well cooked but ultra salty. We told the waiter who explained to us that the cook does not salt the fish before cooking it on the plancha! Being a cook myself, a piece of advice: make the difference between cod and cod to be desalinated before salting it, because the salt concentration is enormous. Storage problem or something else? PS: Professional distortion, avoid refusing customers at 8:15 p.m., compared to your announced service hours, given the free tables. This is going badly! Your problem, your staff that you must let go early! Sincerely.

23/03/2024: Restaurant with a view of the port. But I am placed in a plexiglass terrace with tattered parasols, an insistent waiter who does not understand that between what I saw when I arrived and the place where I am placed there is a world and no air. Even his polo shirt is covered in sweat and he doesn't understand my disappointment. Too bad it must surely have been good but given the atmosphere we ended it before ordering the dishes.

21/09/2023: Very beautiful setting, tables and chairs probably recycled which gives a lot of charm to the place. Very friendly waitress, original and good quality cocktails.
16/09/2023: We have been going to this magnificent beach regularly for about 10 years.
The restaurant and reception have always been top notch. But this year will be the last time.
We had booked for around 13 days, on the fifth day I was missing €1 to pay my bill, the boss didn't give up, I called my husband to give me the missing euro.
