13/10/2024: The hotel is clean, decent with good services. However, our room overlooked the busy boulevard with very poor soundproofing. To avoid
29/09/2024: I booked a room in this hotel but I only learned by email 2 days before that the wellness area was closed: obvious disappointment.
No elevator or hot water the evening of our arrival: fortunately the young man at the entrance was very helpful and brought our suitcases up for us, but being with reduced mobility, it was a bad moment.
The toilet door handle remained in my hands....
