The batter is thin and crispy, just the way I like it, the fillings are well-balanced and varied (from the simplest to some original creations), and the service is very satisfactory. Made to order and requiring a lot of attention to ensure good galettes, the pace might be a little slow for those in a hurry, but it's worth the wait. I wouldn't have stopped in Mauriac for nothing, unlike in other towns that struggle to offer affordable, efficient, and generous dining options. Special mention goes to the Capri crêpe with its delicious goat cheese, and the artisanal ice cream served with the sweet crêpes. They use a mix of local products (cheese, wines), homemade jams, and Breton flours. Guémené andouille sausage is also on the menu, which is extremely rare these days! In short, a well-thought-out crêperie that stays true to the values ​​of Brittany!

We couldn't even get a little more mashed potato… And the waitresses were overwhelmed! They were running around everywhere, it was chaotic, and there was a complete lack of organization. While the brunette waitress made an effort, the younger one was very unpleasant. And of course, once we arrived, there was no choice left. Perhaps we just had bad luck, but it really showed 😣
