17/08/2026: The pub is amazing the atmosphere and service is 2nd to none. Bar staff friendly and helpful. All sports pub. Fans are welcome anytime of the day. Didn't try the food but if it's like the rest of the pub it will be unbelievable. Well done Melting Pot

Only issue was the air con decided to pack up which is difficult in 39° heat but we still managed to stay
Doors wide open with a tiny breeze
Definitely recommend a visit to all RL fans

07/09/2026: Excellent Lebanese ice cream parlor. The staff is very welcoming and explains the different options very well. The portions are very generous, but quite heavy. Here, the small size of their specialty is €9.

I went to Bistrot Régent a while ago and I found the food quality to be significantly better. The meat was carved and served on a platter with a much more elaborate sauce and a warming plate.
Here, there was nothing like that: no warming plate, the sauce was really not very good, and the meat was just thrown haphazardly into the platter.
Really disappointed... I'm not sure I'll go back to Bistrot Régent. Or maybe it's just the one in Muret... I don't know.
But disappointed.
06/09/2026: The initial welcome was very good. However, we were asked if we wanted an aperitif with an annoyed and unpleasant demeanor when it came to take our food order. The same was true. Our food arrived cold, and the candle (plate warmer) wasn't lit. The waiter, a young man I'd never seen before, seemed to be there to joke around, or even flirt with his colleague. He should probably go on Tinder and get laid quickly. The only two people working in the dining room were the one with the braces and her nonchalant colleague. Not pleasant at all.

28/09/2026: I had lunch at La Cendrée last Saturday.
They offer a daily set menu with a good selection and a well-stocked à la carte menu, specializing in meats grilled over an open fire (right before your eyes, in a magnificent period fireplace).
The prices for both the set menu and the à la carte menu are very reasonable.
The starters and desserts adhere to the original recipes, the ingredients are excellent, and the dishes often have a subtle personal touch that adds a little something extra.
The meat was simply delicious. The half-duck breast cooked over embers was my best restaurant experience in a long time, far superior to some so-called gourmet establishments. The cooking was perfect, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The staff is available, attentive, and welcoming.
The place is quite picturesque, with an old-world charm and a modern touch that elegantly complements it.
Overall, the atmosphere is rather calm, cozy, and authentic.
