16/08/2024: Pour notre retour aux sources dans la région Toulousaine un moment exceptionnel dans ce cadre magnifique. Instant choisi pour fêter les 50 ans de my darling.
Du début jusqu'à la fin du repas, vous êtes transporté dans un autre monde, ou les couleurs, la passion, le talent, l'art et les différents parfums sont à portée des yeux et de vos papilles.
Quel régal. Merci à toute l'équipe qui nous a guidée lors de ce voyage gustatif.

13/08/2024: Second repas chez EnMarge après une première expérience il y a quelques années.
Nous voulions y revenir pour être sûr qu’il s’agissait du meilleur restaurant dans lequel nous avions mangé.
Nous choisissons le menu du chef proposé à environ 150€. Nous ne le regretterons pas. La truffe est exceptionnelle. A chaque plat, nous avons l’impression que le temps s’arrête tellement nous nous régalons. Le dessert viendra nous apporter cette touche de fraîcheur qui clôt ce repas sans fausse notes.
Félicitations monsieur Renimel à vous et toute votre équipe pour ce moment.
Nous reviendrons pour confirmer ce que nous savons déjà : s’assoir à une table de votre restaurant est un moment suspendu.

26/08/2024: Really nice pub, I come regularly with my friends. The staff is very pleasant (and bilingual for those who speak English exclusively). I can't find this atmosphere anywhere else. The beers are really good too so can't wait to come back, I recommend without hesitation for a single second!

10/09/2024: A very nice pub for a drink with friends in an English atmosphere. Plus the waiters are very friendly, you will have a great time. Additionally, there are giant screens to watch the matches during the evening!!

We had good feedback about this restaurant but ultimately we were disappointed. We had meat cooked over a wood fire. The specialty of the place. The meat was tough and sinewy. Still €32 per piece.
When we returned, we were told that it was a blockage problem... But we were not offered any compensation.
For desert, I was not served what I had asked for (apricot fondant rather than caramel).
Finally, note that depending on your position, the fireplace can make you very hot...
31/08/2024: We went there this afternoon, around 1:30 p.m. Was there a problem with our order? Two pink duck breasts that arrive cold and overcooked, of a ridiculous size, and full of nerves? Used to better though…

10/09/2024: Very average meal, carpaccio served half frozen, dessert served with missing ingredients compared to the description on the menu, participation in personal conversations in the kitchen at the first tables, value for money not there, better last year very very disappointed. 👎
08/09/2024: Reception and lackluster service,
Long wait more than 40 minutes to eat flavorless and cold dishes. Green beans in a can, the meat is passable for a rating of 2 with a child of 60€ without water drinks and with a cold chocolate fondant. Real progress needs to be made to build customer loyalty.

12/09/2024: Very pleasant if you want to eat raw vegetables as much as you like. The concept of the water fountain is very pleasant and to finish gently there is a good choice of sweets for dessert.
