06/04/2024: I came to have a good time. At first the reception went well. A little wait for the aperitif and order taking. The waitress at the beginning was pleasant until the uncorked bottle of wine arrived and I kindly told the waitress that normally we uncork the bottle in front of the customer. Taking me a little down on herself, she retorts that it's to save time that the bottles are opened in the kitchen. I look around me, there is this table to occupy for four servers so I think that they are not overwhelmed. So I ask him to return the bottle and give me another one. There the head waiter arrives with the same bottle which has been corked and without the lid. It's been twice that I've been taken for an imbecile. I advise against. Yes, it took me two years to react, I know it’s a bit long

06/04/2024: Very pleasant moment. The staff is efficient and pleasant. Laetitia, the boss, is dynamic, listens to the customer but also to the waiters and her bell announcing that a tip has fallen into the box is unique, it's nice.
The meat is of high quality and cooked perfectly.
Of course we will come back.

15/03/2024: We came across this bar by pure chance before going to a show at the Halles au Grain. Great beers, great cocktails, good boards to share, super friendly servers, I really recommend this establishment to have a good time

16/12/2023: L’envol relocated for Christmas, and therefore has a stand at the capitol Christmas market. I tasted their mulled wine yesterday: harsh, bitter, poor quality wine, and as a bonus: almost no spices.. I have never drunk such bad mulled wine!
03/10/2023: Don't go there to eat. Basic tapas without (industrial?) flavors. Restaurant side ok but expensive for the quality of the dishes. Poorly measured cocktails. Nice place, good service.

04/04/2024: Seen from the outside, it's impossible to imagine such a beautiful restaurant. This old wrought iron is remarkably highlighted.
The service is friendly and fast, it's a shame that the meat in the wok was a little rubbery. But I will definitely come back.

05/04/2024: The boss, unpleasant, did not want to serve “medium” meat on the pretext that the steak was too big and “we’re not at McDonald’s”. Tastes and colors, certainly, but for €21 per burger I dare to hope that I can choose the cooking of my steak myself.
