31/08/2026: We came as a family hoping to have a nice time, but it was ruined by the appalling service from the waitresses, who lacked both the smiles and the politeness required in this profession. We even had to ask for the wine. We won't be returning, which is a shame because the food was excellent. We didn't even get to try the desserts because the waitresses' rudeness discouraged us.
29/08/2026: The meal was enjoyable, but there were many shortcomings in the service. The waitress and waiter were not welcoming at all, and the service was far too slow – 2 hours and 20 minutes for the starter, main course, and dessert, not to mention the dishes that were forgotten. It's definitely changed; I wouldn't recommend it at all. What a shame!

06/09/2026: We arrived on September 6, 2026, at 3:30 PM with our 4-month-old grandson, and we couldn't even get a drink in the shade to cool off near the golf course; it was closed despite the intense heat.
Very disappointed; the Stelsia is not what it used to be. Lack of maintenance and other issues.
05/09/2026: We spent a night at the castle as part of a business seminar.
We sincerely want to thank you; we had a wonderful time!
The menu was as beautiful as it was delicious, the amenities were top-notch (mini-golf, spa, etc.), and the service was excellent.
The unique setting was the icing on the cake!

25/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant located under the arcades of Place Lafayette. Simple and delicious cuisine. The daily menu offers unbeatable value for money. Friendly owner.

Très bel accueil et repas excellent
Là terrine de saumon en gelée au citron est à « tomber » les prix très raisonnables y compris pour les vins
Chapeau à la maîtresse des lieux qui a assuré cuisine et service à elle seule

19/02/2024: Repas familial de plus de 10 adultes (dont 1 bébé et 1 enfant) = un VRAI PLAISIR !!
Celui d'un accueil parfait par une jeune serveuse" formidable", d'un raffinement de notre table dressée (fleurs, couverts...), d'une écoute de la part de ces 2 jeunes femmes (dont Stéphanie) qui font tourner à elles seules un établissement au professionnalisme irréprochable. Celui d'une cuisine de qualité généreuse, raffinée et créative dont la présentation des amuses gueules jusqu'aux desserts (réalisés aussi par Stéphanie) est faite en toute simplicité "sans ces explications alambiquées à rallonge".
A l'unanimité : " Merci à vous pour ce délicieux moment et... hâte d'y revenir ".
