30/09/2026: On a friend's recommendation, I booked a table at this restaurant. Being a meat lover, I wasn't sure what to order from the menu. Claire, the sommelier, gave me excellent advice! In addition to guiding us with the wines, she knew exactly how to choose the perfect course from appetizer to dessert. Special mention to Chef Mathieu for the delicious meal!! I highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly welcome from the waitresses, as well as by the quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness of the premises.
The food was refined and excellent!

29/07/2026: A great place to live in Biarritz. Despite the crowds, it's possible to have a drink while waiting for a table. The service is very quick and efficient. The tapas are delicious with a good selection. Being able to choose your own wine is a real plus.

We had a superb time.

Here, you're immersed in nature, and it feels wonderful.
The four-course menu is delicious, with impeccable service and bold flavors that make for incredible dishes.
For a 100% vegetarian experience, it's a delightful surprise.

23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Hendaye! We received a very warm welcome, with smiles and genuine kindness. The food was delicious, the dishes were flavorful, and the service was truly impeccable. The taste of star anise in the pork sauce was unforgettable.
A big thank you also to the owner, who took the time to chat with us, telling us about her cuisine and her culture. A very pleasant exchange that added even more charm to the place.
In short, a great restaurant, attentive staff, and an atmosphere that makes you want to return… even though we only came to eat, we left with full stomachs and a little bit of culture to boot! 😄

15/08/2026: Very good, the classic savory crepes are well-made, the galette is crispy. However, I only note that the sweet crepes are a bit pricey considering the filling. But otherwise, I recommend it.

23/08/2026: Simple yet incredibly effective and delicious cuisine, fresh ingredients, and impeccable service—a place you absolutely must try. Kudos to the owners!
However, after frequenting this restaurant every day for a month and a half, I was refused entry due to lack of space, even though I could have waited at the bar for a table to become available. They didn't offer me that option. So, I won't be returning. Other places like Café du Centre or Les Tontons are much more welcoming.
It's not just the quality of the food that matters; the service is also crucial.
A big thumbs down.

13/08/2026: The establishment was supposed to be closed on Wednesday, but I was just passing by with my son who had an early appointment after lunch. The manager still welcomed us and served us food.
He was incredibly friendly.
I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back.

Passing through to explore Bayonne, we stopped at Katie Daly to take a breather and cool off (the air conditioning was fantastic and very welcome in this heatwave!). We loved the friendly bartenders, the beers on offer, and the perfect rock playlist 😎 It's now a must-visit for our future Bayonne holidays!

31/05/2026: A beautiful old building which has sadly gone to ruin. Clearly the owner does not want to spend a cent on basic maintenance and upkeep. It was sweltering and the ducted aircon does not work so we had a portable air-con unit in our room which vented to outside through our open balcony door hence making it completely redundant. The mini bar did not work, the pillows were a million years old, the beds were not comfortable and the shower head could not be fixed to the wall.
The pool was green, full of algae and mould and clearly hadn't been cleaned or used for a long time. The gym completely unusable.
It's heartbreaking as the building and grounds are gorgeous.
I would not stay here. Find another hotel in town.

30/05/2026: A great place to relax. The restaurant offers excellent suggestions at a very reasonable price for very good food. We asked for something extra for breakfast, and they did, even though we were only there for two days... A great place to recommend!
29/05/2026: A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting with a park and a magnificent view.
We were welcomed by a lovely and very professional young couple.
The air-conditioned room had individual temperature controls (35°C during our stay). It was very comfortable and very clean, with excellent bedding. A nice touch was the tea, coffee, and mineral water provided in the room.
The restaurant is very pleasant, and the food is absolutely delicious. Kudos to the chef and his team! The service is impeccable. The owner and the waitress are very friendly and attentive. Fine dining in a welcoming, family atmosphere.
Breakfast was perfect, with everything you could want.
A big thank you to the chef for his efforts in adapting the meal to our dietary restrictions.
A huge congratulations to this courageous young couple!
I highly recommend it.
