06/04/2024: Disastrous! Everything started well, until the waitress spilled a beer on my friend and me. A service accident is quite banal yet the starting point for deplorable treatment on the part of the team, bad faith and mocking looks from the waiters, a manager who will not make any gesture by way of apology for having destroyed our clothes for the evening and my new shoes... Anyway, go there if your niche is rudeness, non-respect and hypocrisy, you will be in your element. For my pulled beef poutine plate, where was the beef? 17 balls for fries who are we kidding?
05/04/2024: Great food! We eat good food and lots of it for not that much money.
With a great team, big shout out to the two great servers who were great with us!

03/04/2024: 20 minutes of waiting to take an order on a Wednesday evening when there is not a cat. I stayed just to see how long I would wait, I broke down, I left. A shame, at this rate, I don't think much about the future of the staff in this restaurant.

30/03/2024: On the occasion of a particularly busy Easter weekend, I was very surprised to be confronted with an aggressive agent, threatening passengers still on the platform with the imminent departure of the train when it was impossible to move forward, and not hesitating to explain to me by shouting that the stress he was generating was not his problem.
Are dockside staff sufficiently trained in customer relationship management?

31/03/2024: The staff is very nice but you had to ask for the card. A table next to us was not cleaned. The chairs and benches are a little worn. The fish was good but the fries were very dry. We only had a small cup of mayonnaise. We had to ask for more to eat the fries. It's still a bit expensive. We thought we were eating Belgian but no

06/04/2024: We came to have a cappuccino and a homemade chocolate for €10 which were not particularly very good. It's pretty average. The staff is friendly but the place is very noisy, it's not pleasant to relax. If you want to have a very friendly time this place is for you.

01/04/2024: We were at the hotel this winter, we found that the heat of the water was borderline cold, unfortunately it was absolutely not pleasant to take a cold shower after having traveled several hours.
We also went to the restaurant, it is very good and I would like to note that we have an incredible view of Lyon but unfortunately I find that this restaurant is expensive and that we have little choice on the menu.
31/03/2024: Professional seminar organized in St Cyr Mont d’Or (Ermitage et Lanternes), top team who were able to listen and be responsive from the start of the organization until the day of the event

30/03/2024: Disappointed with my last visit. the waitress made a mistake in the order, fries ordered but not charged, took them back half empty 30 minutes later....
Already it is not commercial because being used to the place, there is a know-how and on the other hand simply saying that she forgot to invoice, it is regularized.
Finally we will spend our evenings elsewhere.

31/03/2024: We live nearby and so we came quite often until recently, simple food, not very expensive cocktails and a nice terrace in summer to drink a beer. Then Laurent Gerra bought the place and there, a pint of mid-range beer went to 9 euros, worse than Paris! We even reach the height of stupidity with a Tripel Karmeliet (beer that you find literally everywhere) at 11.50 euros. Ashamed, even the nice waiters have left, goodbye to the chanteclair after so many years of loyalty!

On the other hand, the menu does not match the decor of the room.
