15/04/2026: Only one star, and even then, only because it's impossible to give zero! ‼️ I strongly advise against going there. The meats served in the evening are the same as the ones on the lunch menu the next day, the fries served at lunchtime are reheated in the evening, and if you like prison-like service, you've found the right place. The owner and staff don't seem to know the meaning of "Hello" or "Good evening." The warm welcome and friendliness of José and his team, not to mention the quality of the food they used to serve, are long gone.

14/04/2026: Exceptional experience! A huge thank you to the waitress, who was so kind and attentive. The Marmotte fondue with Reblochon cheese was delicious; I highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: We had a very pleasant evening. It exceeded our expectations. We've been here before for a fondue Bourguignonne, but the Savoyarde was so tempting that we came back. And we'll gladly return to try the other fondues. The restaurant is welcoming.

09/04/2026: NOTICE: BREACHY OF INCOMPETENCE AND BAD FAITH – IKEA ROUEN (TOURVILLE) This is simply OUTRAGEOUS. I bought two IRSTA lights (€70 each, no less) for 60cm METOD cabinets. The result: a blatant manufacturing defect with the aluminum side strips bent by up to 4mm, making installation physically impossible in line with my existing 60cm cabinets, which are framed by two taller units. What followed at customer service was a complete farce: 1. Denial of basic physics During the initial exchange, I was given an equally warped product. The "technician" maintained, without batting an eye, that the product was "malleable." We're talking about rigid equipment, not modeling clay! To "prove" I'm wrong, he forces the assembly onto a display unit: the plate protrudes by 3 mm... and he dares to tell me there's "no problem"! Unbelievable. So I go back to test this setup with the replacement light. 2. The Festival of Ridiculousness (Second return, video of the new setup) I return a second time with both lights and a video proving they don't fit. The video is ignored, and the team's response? • The "Tolerance" Argument: They check their stock, find they're ALL defective, and tell me that a 4 to 5 mm offset is "within tolerance." How dare they talk about such a tolerance for precision furniture? • The Brilliant Advice: They actually suggest I move my already fixed and secured furniture to its rail to compensate for the poor quality of their equipment! It's absurd. 3. The height of disrespect: The "theft" of the voucher After two trips back and forth and a monumental waste of time, they finally reimbursed me, but with the ultimate petty act: they deducted the value of the voucher I had originally used. This is illegal and dishonest. CONCLUSION: Defective equipment, staff of abysmal bad faith, and highly questionable business practices. IKEA Rouen: absolutely avoid this place. If you are looking for professionalism or compliant products, look elsewhere! Update #1: IKEA Family ID: 6275980180278511809 Update #2: To put an end to the debate about your supposed 5 mm "tolerance," I managed to acquire two brand new IRSTA units (2023 models, advertised on Le Bon Coin, unopened and uninstalled). The result? The aluminum strips are perfectly straight. Contrary to your claims, they assemble without any difficulty and without having to move my furniture. Two conclusions are inescapable: Either IKEA no longer knows how to manufacture in 2026 what it perfectly mastered in 2023. Or your teams have a complete lack of knowledge about your products, to the point of being unable to identify a blatant manufacturing defect. In either case, explaining to me, face to face, that a warped product is "compliant" demonstrates either technical incompetence or a deliberate attempt to treat the customer like an idiot. It is insulting and unworthy of a company like yours.

29/03/2026: For me, the best kebab I've ever tasted. The meat isn't greasy. There's a wide selection. It's very nice and there's plenty of space. The only downside is the fries; it's a shame they're not homemade. And perhaps the service could be a little friendlier.

28/03/2026: I don't understand how the rating can be so high... The bread wasn't cooked. The steak was overcooked. The onions were barely chopped, and the cheap frozen fries were soggy and stuck in the burger because apparently they make you a taco no matter what you order. I'm still looking for the salad and tomatoes. In short, disappointing.

22/04/2026: We arrived by chance and were very warmly welcomed. The crepes were very generous, made with fresh ingredients, and we had a lovely time.

15/04/2026: The welcome was good, however, the mussel casserole with Normandy sauce was very low quality – frozen mussels with a tasteless sauce. Ideal for someone who isn't too fussy.

14/04/2026: The staff was pleasant. However, the food was of mediocre quality, and hygiene was completely disregarded, as the staff member was working without gloves and shaking hands with customers. Finally, I ordered a two-meat taco and a one-meat taco with two drinks, and it came to €31.50!! Which is excessive in my opinion.

06/04/2026: When you go to Etretat, you absolutely must try the döner kebab there. It was generously filled and delicious, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. It was also clean. Thank you, Master Veysel, everything was wonderful 🙏🙏🤗

29/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, good food. Only downside was the portion size: really not much meat. I ordered lamb skewers, expecting two given the "s" at the end of the word, but was disappointed to find one skewer scattered all over the plate. Ideally, it would be better to put all the side dishes on the plate with the main course and present the skewer on a spit. Because when your plate arrives with just small pieces of meat, and then the salad and fries are brought separately, it doesn't seem very substantial.

06/04/2026: Good pizzas, but unfortunately, the deliveries are unreliable. I tried twice: once the driver arrived at the time he'd decided, not the time I'd requested (two hours early), and the second delivery was late. Also, be polite.

16/03/2026: Hello, this was my first time ordering from you today. Unfortunately, the fries were missing from my order, and the sandwich had way too many onions and too much sauce... A shame for a first experience.
