14/05/2026: A magnificent experience in a cozy and enchanting setting (within a library and accompanied by classical music), exceptionally friendly service, beautiful cuisine… we were captivated! Long live Les Arcenaulx!!
01/05/2026: An unusual, historic, and very pleasant place. Beautifully set tables in the traditional style: no disposable tableware here, much to our delight! The service is attentive and the waiters are incredibly helpful. As for the food, it's delicious and beautifully presented, nothing to complain about. Plus, there's a set lunch menu for €33 during the week. Absolutely fantastic!
I highly recommend this place, but you must make a reservation.
PS: In the summer, you can eat on the terrace 😉

23/04/2026: The ice cream is delicious, however, the cashier and the one who served me were unpleasant. For the same cone as my sister, I only got half the amount of ice cream because I had the misfortune of being served by the unpleasant woman 🤦♀️
22/04/2026: A terrible experience.
The ice cream shop advertised closing time as 11:00 PM. We arrived at 11:02 PM, the ice cream was still on display, they were just starting to pack up… so clearly still open. We went in, and were immediately told coldly that they were closed.
I explained that my girlfriend is pregnant and simply wanted an ice cream—we weren't asking for the moon, just a little basic courtesy. The result? They turned their backs on us without a word, as if we didn't exist. Zero customer service, zero respect, a contemptuous attitude. If you can't treat customers properly, find another line of work.

26/04/2026: I had a kafteji and a lemonade, absolutely delicious and authentic. Plus, the staff is very welcoming 🇹🇳❤️
