Dessert There was only one dessert available and it was not good at all.
The staff was a disaster. Young people with stained and dirty tracksuits.
I trusted the opinion but it was quite the opposite

24/04/2024: Having come to this restaurant many times, I can compare it with our last evening yesterday. Couscous as good as ever, warm welcome but.....boss who lamented about everything...the customers, the pitcher of water, the changing mentalities....in short, as he told a table, I am tired, tired... And it shows, it shows.... So with all the respect I owe you for this tough job... hand over to the new generation at the risk of losing customers who come for relax and not hear you complain, and have a good retirement, you deserve it.

Even if the location, the parking, the "Nuxe" toiletries and the tea from "Palais des Thés" are very appreciable, the list of worries is endless and so disappointing for a hotel supposed to be upscale: TV and Telephone HS, HS air conditioning (27°C in the room while it was 8°C outside), chipped shower and sanitary facilities, a fridge but empty and lukewarm on a broken piece of furniture, the hallway door poorly insulated, only one chair and a only small cupboard for a bedroom of 2, the LEDs on the bed frame open and broken,... In short, a hotel not at the level advertised!

16/05/2024: Visiting Paris on our second day and we entered there, the service from the beginning was very formal and polite, the waiter invited us to come in because it was also raining, then the owner arrived, better yet, we didn't know there yet and he helped us with an application for the subway, the train and the very friendly transportation!!
And for breakfast, the cheese and cured meats board was excellent, the cappuccinos were very Parisian-style and the croissant was super!!
But above all the baked bread, a very good atmosphere and positive energy.
