17/02/2026: I had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming! The food was excellent! And the place is beautiful and peaceful, I loved it!
08/02/2026: A huge disappointment on our last visit! The service was frankly terrible. We had to ask for salt, pepper, bread, and mustard (which was never served)! The plates were empty! My €24 main course turned out to be a tiny starter! It's frankly outrageous!!! This will be our last visit. What a shame!!!

Unfortunately, the establishment was closed with no explanation posted on the door.
We are very disappointed by the lack of respect for customers and will not be returning.

I came this afternoon.
I was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in this establishment.
The restrooms are clean.
The restaurant is clean.
The food was piping hot.
I usually go to Grasse where I am unfortunately very often dissatisfied.
So what a joy to find a McDonald's with such a welcoming and clean atmosphere.

04/02/2026: Very high prices for unappetizing products. Very crowded nonetheless.
The underground parking garage is a nightmare to access, a single lane but two-way. It's not entirely their fault, but it's worth mentioning for those unfamiliar with the area: if you value your vehicle, don't even think about going there!
03/02/2026: A huge congratulations to Zakaria for his impeccable and exceptionally high-quality service! It's clear he's very dedicated to his work and loves what he does. This is a real testament to the fact that young people can excel in a company. He clearly deserves to be promoted within the company! 👏

15/02/2026: I went with my two daughters, ages 6 and 7, to get two Happy Meal kids' meals on February 14, 2026. Around 5:00-5:30 PM, they played in their poorly cleaned play area.
That evening, both my daughters had terrible stomach aches, and the younger one kept vomiting. I hope she recovers as quickly as possible. In short, this McDonald's is awful and should be avoided, especially for young children, unless you want to end up in the emergency room that same evening.
I will return to see the manager so he can give me an explanation and I can voice my complaints.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
22/01/2026: I came to eat with my daughter on Tuesday evening. The restaurant was empty, and we were served very quickly, which was understandable given that the fries had just been put back in the fryer and the sandwiches were cold and tasteless. I approached the manager (a person as cold and tasteless as my fries and sandwich, a rather burly blonde who's been there since before the McDonald's opened!), who was incredibly condescending and told me, "That's not true!" Anyway, with the new prices you've implemented (yes, each McDonald's sets its own prices based on a price list), we could at least eat hot food made to order! Next time I'm leaving Carrefour, I'll go to Flunch; better value for money, and at least it's hot!

11/12/2025: If you're looking for the best English-style brunch on the French Riviera, Blue Lady is the place to go! The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is super relaxed and welcoming, and the food is always top-notch and generous! We've loved going there with family and friends for years. Thank you, Blue Lady, for taking us back to our native England, even if just for a little while 🙏

The waitresses are so cold, mean and unfriendly.... We were 10 students who came to share a good time together but we ended up leaving quickly because we waited for hours before being served despite several reminders to the waitresses.
The atmosphere there was also very heavy because the other customers were not comfortable there.
No smile, no availability, no desire to work... you might as well close the establishment at the same time

13/09/2024: Nous sommes passés devant cette petite terrasse ombragée. L'ardoise proposait 3 entrées, 3 plats et 3 desserts, signe de fraîcheur et de produits cuisinés maison. Je me suis régalée avec le filet de daurade et ses petits légumes. Les ravioles à la truffe étaient également excellents. En dessert, la crème brûlée "maison" nous a définitivement conquis.
27/08/2024: Ate an incredibly good lunch, chicken with polenta. The chicken was a bit dry, otherwise everything was perfect!
