17/08/2024: Small, timeless, warm place, mountain view terrace and interior with a magical atmosphere. Perfect for the end of the day, hiking, motorcycle riding, etc. The boss is adorable and the products are super good. To taste beers, cold meats and other small dishes I recommend. Please note it is not open all year round, only in summer depending on the boss's arrangements.

16/08/2024: What a great discovery of this completely atypical little restaurant nestled in the heights of UNAC. We liked it so much that we ate there 2 nights in a row. Only local products, with homemade recipes concocted by the boss, Raphaël. We tested everything and everything is very good: the charcuterie platter made up of 5 items (cured ham, lomo etc...), the pâté, the ham, the salad with pickle vinaigrette, the sheep's cheese with its little jam, its Ariège square. The local beer is very good. We eat casually, without fuss. The pattern is extremely simple and user-friendly. The place is quiet with the mountain as a view if you want to eat on the terrace. What a great discovery!!! We will definitely come back during our next summer trip to Ax les thermes. We recommend ++++

29/08/2024: This hotel is remarkable, a very warm welcome upon your arrival, very clean, you feel good there, you never want to leave, I recommend this hotel for all its benefits, the meals are homemade with great care, the impeccable and attentive service, a hotel well located next to the thermal baths, a good address..the boss and his wife are very smiling, we will come back for sure 👌😉 parking guaranteed, our motorbike was well parked
