11/03/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, and it didn't disappoint. The cassoulet was spectacular, and the chocolate fondant was perfect. Excellent value for money. It's rare to eat badly in France. El Pais is extraordinary. The owner's service was phenomenal, and the waiter was so charming you could buy him an apartment. A real gem.
We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

20/02/2026: What a disappointment this McDonald's experience in Castelnaudary was! Not only was the wait interminable (20 minutes for two sandwiches is unacceptable for a drive-thru), but I also saw other customers who arrived after me being served before me. To top it all off, I had to ask for my order myself, otherwise the wait would have been even longer! And to make matters worse, the sandwiches were barely lukewarm. A real lack of respect and organization that completely ruined my meal. Avoid at all costs!
16/02/2026: Still as long as ever, but thanks to Anthony for his joy and good humor! Finally, a pleasant person at this McDonald's! I'm asking for a raise right now!!!!

05/08/2024: Disappointed to have dealt several times with the same saleswoman who is barely friendly, no smile and who doesn't know how to say the composition of the food she sells.
In addition, grabbing the pastries with both hands without gloves or tongs is not very hygienic.
This bakery has changed a lot.
31/07/2024: Quite a choice but very few vegetarian dishes or sandwiches.
Very friendly and smiling staff, especially the dark-haired lady who brings the hot orders back to the room.
