10/06/2026: We had the Cassoulet and we really liked it. The service was fast and very friendly and they served us in Spanish. What I didn't like, first of all the menu du jour, I see that instead of wine + coffee (as it is on the website) it is wine or coffee. It wouldn't matter much, but at 1:00 pm they told us that they no longer have the menu du jour, and we have to take dishes from the menu.

We highly recommend his pasta salad and his carbonara! Very reasonably priced: two main courses, two soft drinks, and one dessert for under €36—that's amazing! Yum, go for it!

The tea comes from Daman and the homemade refreshing drinks are excellent. The style of the tea room is a bit rococo, but it's so inviting! The staff is very friendly and, above all, very professional. The prices are reasonable. A must-try for food lovers! P.S.: There's also a savory menu at lunchtime.

The room with exposed stone walls is superb and offers high-quality amenities (comfortable bedding, lovely decor). Breakfast offers a wide variety of quality products (organic jams, eggs to boil, pastries, etc.). The restaurant is located in a room with old wine barrels, and the dishes are excellent, such as the confit pork cheek. The hosts are welcoming.

16/12/2025: A peaceful farmhouse, terrace overlooking the Bugarach mountain. The farmyard animals frolic in the grass, putting on a show. The set menu is €29, and we choose from several courses. A buffet of well-prepared charcuterie and crudités. House dish (boles de picoulat). Dessert (profiteroles). Aperitif with Maury wine, followed by a meal with white wine. Three hours of dining and relaxation. It's a bit warm on the terrace; the curtains aren't up yet for the season. The chef makes a special effort with the presentation, adding small decorative touches and flavor combinations that are worth noting. You can sense his organization in his desire to serve all the guests in roughly the same order. Main courses for everyone, then desserts for everyone. There are only two of them, so they need to be methodical. The furniture and layout could use a touch of modernization (budget constraints, of course), but it's lush and full of flowers. We had a wonderful time during our two-wheeled tour of Bugarach and Rennes-le-Château. Limiting seating to around 20 people to prioritize quality over quantity, reservations are recommended. For groups, the farm indicated they can accommodate larger groups with prior booking, similar to classic car club outings. Parking is available on the property. I will definitely return. Thank you to this young couple.

12/11/2025: Excellent. We had lunch as a group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is truly delicious and generous. The starter buffet, cassoulet, and profiteroles were all very plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The dining room is lovely, and the terrace is also very pleasant. They don't accept cards.
