23/02/2026: Dinner at Les Colonnes restaurant in Rodez during a business trip. I had a very good time; the service was friendly and efficient, the food was very good (the aligot was delicious), the decor was tasteful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A truly good brasserie, not a tourist trap.

20/12/2025: Today, December 20, 2025, we left Montpellier for Clermont-Ferrand for the holidays. We stopped in Laissac for the baby because the highway was blocked by farmers. We stopped at this restaurant, which was initially closed. They let us in so we could feed the baby... they were so kind!

19/02/2026: A pleasant and tasty stop near the viaduct, off the motorway, easy to spot by the roadside; a cozy atmosphere befitting the place's name.
10/02/2026: We rented the hall and kitchen for a birthday celebration. The welcome and advice were excellent. The owner and his assistant are very professional and responsive.
The venue is magical and perfect for a wonderful time.
