10/09/2026: We ate a chicken salad there while passing through. With the large portion, you certainly won't leave the table hungry. The lower stars for atmosphere are because we are not used to seeing distracting TV screens in restaurants and bistros.

02/09/2026: A more pleasant manner and with a smile would certainly have been better.

05/10/2026: Arriving outside of lunchtime, I was still treated to a generous plate of local charcuterie with fresh bread. Thanks to this friendly team, I was able to get back on my Harley with a happy stomach!

30/08/2026: Everything is of very high quality and truly excellent. Fast service and top-notch staff. A nice bonus: the small, pleasant, and peaceful interior terrace with its lovely stone walls.

10/08/2026: We came for breakfast. We hadn't realized it was a bar frequented by alcoholics. It was incredibly noisy inside. The table was dirty. The decor needs updating (a completely drunken man on a table, an overturned bottle...). The customers were mainly ordering alcohol at 10 a.m. The prices are very reasonable and the food is good, but we didn't stay long given the atmosphere.

09/08/2026: The hot chocolate was very good and the prices were quite reasonable. However, the dining room was very noisy and not very clean; our table was dirty and no one cleaned it... So the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant.

12/09/2026: The boss speaks extremely rudely to his employees. The way he addresses his team is truly disrespectful and inappropriate. I believe that a minimum of respect and consideration towards employees is essential, even when there are disagreements or professional difficulties. It's a shame, because it gives a bad image of the company; I won't be returning.

17/07/2026: We hired them for our wedding! We want to thank Sandrine for her excellent advice on drinks, bottle selection, and overall organization! Thank you again for contributing to the success of our wedding!

20/09/2026: A meal for two; responsive service; good and generous portions... truly a great place to remember.

10/09/2026: The star is just for the setting. We arrived at 12:50 for lunch, two of us. We barely got a greeting before being told we were full, that there were only four empty tables on the terrace, and we didn't even see inside. In short, we won't be going back.

10/10/2026: We were disappointed by the reception, which was far from pleasant. It's a shame because we really liked the setting and the menu.

28/09/2026: Highly recommended for coffee lovers, but also for everyone else! We loved the coffee, the Belgian coffee, and also the homemade lemonade.

12/10/2026: Unacceptable...incorrect order, drive-thru...I ordered a Maxi Best Off Nagbaobeef, a children's sandwich...cold, undercooked bread...lukewarm tap water in a cup and potatoes, also from the children's menu. They forced me to buy a manga for €1.25, which I hadn't wanted. Three different staff members who apparently weren't very competent... I only realized all this when I got home. It's a rip-off...a disgrace...

10/10/2026: This will be my last visit to McDonald's in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. A 25-minute wait for cold food that wasn't what I ordered... appalling and outrageous considering the price!

19/09/2026: I'm not happy because yesterday I didn't get my potatoes; you only gave me two deluxe sauces but not the potatoes, so I'm not happy.

17/10/2026: No complaints about the establishment itself, however, the owner is a real jerk. He disrespected me by rudely telling me to get out immediately because I asked if I could make an urgent phone call (he didn't sell SIM top-ups). Then he sprayed me with tear gas and chased me, emptying his canister on me, because I refused to be disrespected.

13/09/2026: I pass through this town several times a year and regularly stop for McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've been since February, and the service has been catastrophic. The staff is unprofessional; they barely give you time to choose at the drive-thru. You have to repeat your choices several times to be understood because the person doesn't listen. And then there's the quality of the food... potatoes and fries mixed together in the same container, the drink cap wasn't locked and ended up on the seat... and today the burgers had more filling on the outside than on the inside. A wrap that looked more like a crumpled rag in paper, all smothered in sauce. In short, I won't be back. I prefer to stop at your competitor, the Burger King in Rodez, which is much more professional. Clearly the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, and I go to many throughout the year during my business trips.

30/08/2026: The service and welcome at the drive-thru were impeccable today. The young man who served us was very professional. We stopped by late Sunday afternoon. Give him a day off so he can visit Laguiole ☺️ he'll know who he is.
