They have a friendly and dynamic team; they don't compromise on service quality even during busy hours. It should be the first choice for those who want to start their day with a fresh, high-quality breakfast or take a delicious dessert break in the middle of the day in Strasbourg.
12/06/2026: Five minutes before seven a lady told us it would be closed even though there were five minutes left and customers were in. She even left other customers in after us.
Would never visit this place again.

22/05/2026: NEVER order from there. Every time I order, they make a mistake, and I end up with bagels I can't eat because of an allergy (even though I specified my allergy in the order). Today I ordered once, they made a mistake, I ordered again, and they made another mistake. They really need to learn how to read an order.

The bagels are delicious, generously filled, and prepared quickly. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is friendly. Perfect for a quick and high-quality meal.

27/05/2026: It was Sunday 9 pm when we entered this “restaurant” to have few glasses of wine & beer. But we were refused because they do not serve drinks, only if you take a meal. The restaurant was almost empty! What a nonsense!

- Service was very good.
- The ambiance was great, but the tables could have used more space between them. It felt like you were sitting right next to other guests at the same table.

Very reasonable prices for excellent food.
An unpretentious place, so it's worth a visit.
The waiter is polite, nothing more... there was a time when waiters were much friendlier.

18/05/2026: First time at Riva tonight! The all-you-can-eat hanger steak was excellent, served with sauces and paprika fries. The tapas were just as good... especially the homemade ones. Max gave us an impeccable welcome; he was smiling, pleasant, and available throughout the evening. Thank you to Max and the chef!

It's a "laboratory" for tasting wine and cheese. That's just how it works.
I've been here before, and it's always a delight! What's special about this place is that they offer several options for tasting wine and cheese at the same time! Wine is served in test tubes (there are white or red wine sets) and interesting cheeses are specially selected to pair them...
You'll be given a brief introduction to the wine, cheese, and then off you go on a culinary journey! You need to follow a strict order and follow a simple rule... first a sip of wine, then a separate piece of cheese (matched to it), and then the wine and cheese! And then the same thing! You'll be positively shocked by the flavors and sensations. It's really cool! Of course, the last option will be the most interesting... worth trying.
