05/09/2026: A very bad experience. My father and I came, and the waitress aggressively ushered us away, pointing at us where we needed to go to get a drink. One can understand the rules of an establishment, but respect and courtesy towards customers are fundamental. Very disappointed with the service.

23/10/2026: First off, the crispy chicken bagel was tasty. It wasn't amazing, but it was something different. However... the server—a young Black woman—worked sooooooo slowly that just watching her made you want to help out so you could finally get your bagel. Then she forgot the turkey ham on one bagel and almost burned two others because she forgot to turn on the timer. If I owned a company, she wouldn't have made it past the trial shift. Awful. Furthermore, the "restaurant" was anything but inviting. It seemed very dirty. The tables outside hadn't been cleared, and I won't even mention the lack of washing up. If we hadn't been able to sit outside, I would have actually taken my bagel to go, as it was very cramped, stuffy, and completely uncomfortable inside. My conclusion: Yeah, the bagel was okay, the rest was rubbish.

18/10/2026: The Service is nice the food is good and the Service is on Point, You can choose between different types of bread and the price is alraight but its like Subway but for bagles.

25/09/2026: We shared the all-you-can-eat tapas (€29 per person) and it was a very unpleasant experience. Aside from the fact that we weren't advised to order only one of these options (and not one per person), the tapas were all frozen and tasteless. The charcuterie was cut haphazardly, the pieces were far too thick, and above all, the quality was very poor, especially considering the price. The other tapas on offer were also of mediocre quality, and there were sometimes mistakes; dishes listed on the menu weren't the same as what was served. In conclusion, we had a bad time and spent a lot of money on poor quality. (And we even had a rather expensive bottle of wine that was corked!)

27/08/2026: Hello, I stopped by for lunch and wanted to share my experience. I had the pleasure of serving an extremely kind and helpful woman with glasses. I've rarely seen someone so dedicated to their work, and it was truly refreshing. She gave excellent advice, qualities that are becoming increasingly rare these days. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

21/08/2026: As a tourist, I've rarely experienced such friendly and helpful staff in France. That's why I love having lunch here whenever we're in Strasbourg. The value for money, especially with the set menus, is excellent, and for just €1 more, you can get a coffee and a macaron. But besides the pastries, the best thing is definitely the staff. One very outgoing and warm lady explains things to me in French so well and in such detail that I understand everything, even though I don't speak French. It's always a real pleasure. Other staff members are also very friendly and speak good English, so there are no problems for tourists.

29/09/2026: The only positive point was the calm atmosphere. The service was appalling. They forgot to serve us fries with our meals. No toys were included in the children's meal. As a result, the fries sat on the counter getting cold. We had to ask twice for the rest of our order, which was given to us cold! Straight to the bin. No apology or professionalism, judging by the look on the employee's face; she clearly didn't care about the customer's opinion. I remained polite, I should add. In short, a negative experience this time. Hoping this feedback will be useful for future reference.

26/09/2026: Carrots and red cabbage in the Big Macs and wraps, no sauce, undercooked meat. This is the first time in my life I've been served so badly at McDonald's.

A pleasant atmosphere, with Aurélie always serving you with a smile and attentive service, succulent dishes at very affordable prices, from aperitif to dessert. What more could you ask for? A must-visit! Enjoy your meal!

09/09/2026: A pleasant restaurant, both in terms of service and food. In a neighborhood where decent restaurants are hard to find, it was a welcome discovery. The prices are reasonable (most dishes are under €20) and the portions are generous.

09/07/2026: A small pizzeria on a very quiet street near the Civil Hospital. It has a small outdoor terrace on the sidewalk and an indoor dining area. The two servers are friendly. They offer a paper menu or a QR code on the table that you can scan. Prices are reasonable, especially for drinks. They have a bit of everything: pasta, meat, but mostly pizzas. I opted for the Catalana. It was good, generously topped, and nicely spiced. My only slight complaint is the service; after I finished my pizza, no one came to ask if I wanted anything else. A shame.

16/10/2026: We ordered at the kiosk and waited 20 minutes for our takeaway order. We had a train to catch, and unfortunately, our order wasn't ready in time, so we had to leave without our meal, although we had already paid.

02/07/2026: I ordered an excellent cheese pide to go today, and it was served very quickly (less than 10 minutes, which was a huge help as I was in a hurry). The bread was perfect, the topping of raw vegetables and cheese was delicious, and the portion was more than generous (I couldn't finish it all in one sitting!). The staff were very friendly too. I'm very satisfied; thank you for saving my lunch break :)

01/07/2026: In short, I ate a kebab. The meat (chicken?) was dry and rubbery. However, the vegetables were fresh. The chef tried to be friendly, but he brought me a scalding hot glass to pour my cold drink into 😅. The terrace is nice, but unfortunately, I won't be eating there again.

16/03/2026: Excellent experience. We went a week ago and both the service and the food were great! I recommend it!

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

10/10/2026: We went there as a couple at 4:00 PM. The storefront was practically empty on a Saturday afternoon, and there were few people inside. The place has changed a lot: the decor is ugly, with pictures of cartoons...in poor taste; the service was slow and sluggish; and the menu is rather expensive. Nothing appealed to me, especially not the pale-looking tarts. My wife ordered an apple tart, even though it's supposed to be apple season: the fruit was tasteless, the pastry very hard, and there was no flavor at all. It was frozen. How can a tea room mess up an apple tart? I didn't like the atmosphere either, a certain something that made me feel uneasy...perhaps it was the pile of dirty dishes on the bar counter, the few customers and their uncleaned leftovers, or the Tom or Jerry staring at us? I don't know, but I won't be going back. I doubt it will last much longer...

06/09/2026: I went on a Friday night and a Saturday night; every time, the atmosphere is very friendly, the music is good, people dance, and they are open. My new favorite place in town!

04/09/2026: The blond young man, who thinks he's a security guard at the ripe old age of 17, dares to ask my 30-year-old friend for ID. I don't understand his position, and he's also very unpleasant in his manner of speaking. The previous security guard was much more credible in that role.

25/10/2026: A very disappointing experience! We had just arrived after a very long journey, with our suitcases and backpacks, and we simply wanted to sit down for a few moments. An employee insisted we order before sitting down, then yelled at us in front of the other customers, in a particularly humiliating situation. Faced with this disrespectful welcome and lack of understanding, we were forced to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I encourage you to review the security camera footage from October 25, 2026, around 1:20 p.m., to see for yourselves what happened. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. We expected a minimum of respect, courtesy, and understanding.

25/10/2026: A very disappointing experience and a lack of respect for customers! My wife and I had just arrived after a very long journey. We had a suitcase and a small backpack with us and simply wanted to settle in, put down our things, and rest for a few moments before ordering. However, a receptionist insisted we order before we could even sit down. Worse still, she yelled at us in front of the other customers in a humiliating and completely disrespectful manner. Tired from our trip and shocked by her behavior, we were ultimately forced to leave the restaurant and find somewhere else to eat. We invite you to review the security camera footage from around 1:20 PM on October 25, 2026, to see how this incident unfolded. We fully understand that an establishment has its own rules, but this absolutely does not justify such behavior. A minimum of politeness, respect, and understanding towards customers is essential, especially in a situation like this. We hope that management will take this complaint seriously so that other customers do not have the same experience.

28/07/2026: Been there twice and the chicken was fine, burger ok, but both times the fries were mediocre, undercooked I think, a far cry from the competition less than a km away. Also the replies to some of the negative reviews are a yikes.

14/07/2026: If you don't wish to receive any customers after 10 p.m., please close the door. Don't let your discomfort show. Tonight, the guy cooked my 25 chicken wings in a deep fryer. They really smelled raw.
