02/04/2024: Incredible manager!!! (he served on 03/27 at 12:45 p.m.)
I just witnessed a truly amazing scene! The 2 customers right in front of me wanted to pay €5 in red coins... The girl throws her machine gun on the counter in the middle of a rush, she speaks too badly! In the end there was €0.30 missing, they wanted to pay it in credit card 🤦 30 cents in credit card, no messing around! So the manager explained very kindly that the minimum credit card is 1€ but they started to be even more stupid than they already were... The customers became aggressive, they asked for the identity of the manager, threatened to call the police... All this in the middle of a rush with a lot of people waiting..
In short, despite all that, the manager remained on top, super polite, courteous, professional! Frankly respect him and bravo for his ability to keep calm and continue to smile. He is really very, very good at his job and deserves better than to be treated like that by k-sos.
Congratulations again to the manager. Give him a bonus he deserves it 😂

05/01/2024: Very pretty spot, with a front row seat on the beach.
The room is very well decorated, the service pleasant but a little long.
The dishes are good and well presented

09/05/2024: Coming for the first time to this Macdonald I was very surprised by the efficiency of the staff "it's a joke" since they bring you the cold order and especially 30 minutes after ordering I strongly advise against going to eat there because if you have time to waste this is the perfect place for you, big kisses

After more than 45 minutes of waiting we regretted eating a cold meal with potatoes still frozen and ice cream melted because it had been prepared in advance.
This is unacceptable, this restaurant is not up to McDonald's quality

30/03/2024: A shame order DT63 from 03/30/2024, fries half filled and soft, cheddar not melted in the first chicken mc, steak in the big Mac and cold cheeseburger, two cars at the drive 30 minutes of waiting, I think I I'm going to do more driving but I'm going to change brands and go to Burger King in Troarn. The manager should do more control, it's his role.
29/03/2024: Very very lukewarm takeaway meal even though I only have a 6 minute drive. Forgot 1 burger.
Very friendly and smiling employees.
Very noisy interior.

17/03/2024: Long wait despite few customers. Food always hot or cold. No fast food at all.
13/03/2024: It took a long time to be served and in addition they forgot my order of drink and ice cream and as a bonus the quantity of ice cream was deplorable and I had the impression of eating a child's ice cream while it was a macflurry otherwise the rest of my meal was not so bad a little lukewarm my not bad

23/04/2024: This April 23, the OSMANVILLE Friendship/Leisure Club traveled to the Chaudron Magik in Ouilly le Vicomte with 56 of its members. We had a great day. Very warm welcome, quality home-cooked meals, and for the show and entertainment, nothing to complain about. Artists and managers of great kindness who served us, and offered us a lovely review for almost 3 hours. Thanks to the whole team who made us happy. Our members were convinced and a certain number think they will return there with their family. Not to be missed. Thank you all and a special thank you to Ericka Champagne who knew how to create emotion. Thank you to all of you. See you soon.
This is not a post of complacency but it reflects the feelings of 56 People who were happy with their day thanks to the CAULDRON MAGIK.

25/10/2023: Very friendly welcome, Madame at the service and Monsieur in the kitchen, simple menu but everything is homemade, right down to the fries, which is too rare not to mention with local products. We're quickly in the mood, it's like home. A must-see.

24/03/2024: Disappointed not to be able to go bowling tonight. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. and were told that this is not possible because all the slopes are reserved for 7 p.m. How to make children understand that we cannot play when the slopes were empty until at least 7:45 p.m. We had plenty of time to play a game, especially since when I called to make a reservation I was told that they didn't take reservations on Saturday evenings to play bowling 🤔

The restaurant is in a magnificent setting, great value for money. Hotel part, very nice family room, comfortable bedding, excellent breakfast. Free public parking really very close as does the castle from where you have an incredible view.

21/03/2024: I admit that I am surprised by the comments about the welcome.
Well received by a man when paying for the room.
But the next morning at breakfast time the welcome is frosty. I talk about this beautiful place with this young lady, she turns around without any response. Closed face, didn't sleep well?
The cook I suppose (given his outfit) passes in front of the room gives us a look and also forgets to say hello. About the large room. We hear our neighbors' conversation but that's no big deal. Clean two hairs on the sink and cake crumbs on the table. We just slept and not snacked.
The positive point is a nice place and the welcome from the young man when he took the keys. So I'm disappointed.
Miss a beautiful smile for the next customers at breakfast time 😃

26/03/2024: 12 of us came for a bachelorette party, wow thank you! The staff is very welcoming, the meals excellent and very generous. I recommend this address with my eyes closed, and I hope to return there soon
17/03/2024: We had reserved for 9 people, although we arrived a little late, but we received a very cold welcome. The waiter was pushy, unfriendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cold.
The rest did not go well since the quality of the dishes was not up to par. Disappointed with this address.
